DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
2. Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
3. Book clients, Take messages and minutes during meetings
4. Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
5. Write emails, memos and letters
6. Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems
7. Manage database entry and client files
8. Order and maintain supplies
9. Document financial information
10. Maintain confidential department files/records
11. Perform routine bookkeeping tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• SSCE.
• Females Only.
* Age 18 - 26yrs
• Reside within Kafanchan.
• Must know how to sing, including (all part) harmony.
• Must be literate in computer.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office software package.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Excellent communication ability.
• Proficiency in punctuation, spelling, and grammar.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Typing proficiency.
