To be honest, I don’t feel for Annie.

I don’t think she’s a vict!m or has sacrificed anything 2 Baba hasn’t or didn’t sacrifice for her.

You cannot demon!ze a man for fathering multiple children without faulting the w||man who CHOSE to stick around.

It wasn’t just love that kept her, It was privilege. It was fame and fortune, It was the thrill.

If 2 Baba wasn’t 2 Baba, Annie wouldn’t stick with him. She saw potential and built her nest around it.

Annie had 5 different pregnancies from 2 Baba’s sexcapades to chose different but chose her stomach and choked on her dinner plate.

The society should teach w||men to choose different rather than teach them to cry wolf and play victim when their choices backfires.

There was no podcast, no interview and no reality show that Annie didn’t grace with her cinematic v!ctim story.

Throwing your man under the bus for public sympathy isn’t loyalty. Annie was never loyal.

She was always that Snitch with a Queen’s crown on her head because she enjoys the castle treatment that comes with being the King’s wife.

If it were Annie who announced the divorce on a social platform, Asaba femin!sts would’ve applauded hēr.

Enough of the emotional blackmail, 2Baba isn’t without blames but he is not the villain in this story. Circumstance is!

Class dismissed…

Few days ago, we thought that !nstagr@m, Tw!ttar, T!ctok, blue-app and other Soso-meedia pl@forms would be buzz!ng with bash!ng and hot takes on Zik Alooma's new face enhancement zurgery.

But out of nowhere, 2Face and Annie Idibia hijacked the spotlight with their D!vorce drama.

In the midst of the d!vorce saga, everyone suddenly has something to say.

Imagine sis Bilki, who hasn't managed to keep a relationship for 4 months, she's dishing out her 2cents about the d!vorce. Which kind wahalla be this?

Even sis Ngito, a well known hookup gal in Jaji environ is sharing her opinion. She's out saying 2Face has no right to d!vorce Anni after all these years of his pre-eq's excesses. Haba na!

Here's my take: Be careful before taking sides on couple's matter. What you think you know is only a tiny piece of the story. There's always more going on behind the scenes than what meets the eye.

Is this just another Soso-meedia prank, did 2Face really divorce Annie?

J. S. Okutepa SAN on the handcuffing of Dele Farotimi in Court

It is a shame that Dele Farotimi is handcuffed for alleged cyberstalking or criminal defamation. To celebrate this as a triumph of justice is to encourage and celebrate the most crooked and wicked disgrace of the nobility of the legal profession.

No mather how uncivilised and unethical Dele Farotimi may have put down his thoughts, which injured the reputation of others, the treatment being metted to him while still a member of the noble profession is as worse as the alleged offence he may have committed.

Handcuffing a lawyer who is yet to be debarred and who still has his name on the roll of legal practitioners in Nigeria and who has not been shown to be violent in conduct, is not only an abuse of criminal process, it is intolerably disgraceful.

The legal profession in Nigeria has destroyed itself. Primitive vengeance being undertaking by police institutions in the manner being done to Dele Farotimi is not damaging Dele Farotimi. It is destroying the legal profession, and this show of shame is worse and has lowered the intergrity and reputation of the legal profession more than the defamation complained of in the charge.

Mali proudly stands debt-free, while Nigeria is sinking deeper into debt. Oluwa, abeg o!😥🙏

Nigeria is one of the most indebted countries in Africa after countries like Sudan and Mozambique. With the way Nigeria’s debt profile is growing, we just hope the debt doesn’t exceed Nigeria’s economic output. If it does, wahala go plenty.🤔

What’s even more painful is that the current administration came into office without a clear plan to do anything talk more of saving the debt crisis that Nigeria continues to face.

As of 2024, Nigeria's public debt profile has significantly increased. Here's a breakdown.

Total Debt as of August 2024: The Debt Management Office (DMO) reported Nigeria's total public debt at ₦121.67 trillion (approximately $91.46 billion).

This includes both domestic and external debt across federal, state, and local governments.

Domestic Debt: ₦65.65 trillion (about $46.29 billion).

External Debt: ₦56.02 trillion (about $42.12 billion).

Debt Growth Under Tinubu’s Administration: Between June 2023 and June 2024, the debt increased from ₦87.3 trillion to ₦134.2 trillion.

Tinubu’s government borrowed about ₦46.9 trillion. Oluwa, abeg o!

If this administration could borrow ₦46.9 trillion in just one year, how much debt will Nigeria accumulate by the end of its four-year tenure?

VDM vs. the Falanas: A Case That Xp0sed Nigeria’s gulebility 👀🤔

The strong and powerful in the society prey on the weakness and unstable minds of the volnrable. This has been a tool of control for the strong to m@nipulate volnrable people. It is sad that Nigerians have shown a pitiabule level of gullibility to their p®edators in recent times, making them easily m@nipulated. For some, their gulebility goes unrecognized because it manifests across different classes such as religious, political and celebrity followership. 🤬 📱

The players of both the political and celebrity “gullibles” have successfully propagated the narrative that easily points at religious gulebility. For example, the recent social frenzy over tithing and night vigils, which became a major topic of discussion, portrays Christians as overly gulebule. 🕊️ 🙄However, with the kind of president, governors, senators amongst other political leaders Nigeria has voted into office, it is safe to say that they are all product of gulebule people. The reality on ground in Nigeria, the present economic decline and hardship are result of poor and despicable leadership. Now, between religious and political followers who are more gulebule. 🤷🔮Power belongs to the people, but when it comes to ELECTION we allow politicians manipulate us, affirming our gulebulity.

As for celebrity followers, they perceive themselves as less gullible while calling devoted religious people gullible because of their inability to see their own area of gullibility. But how does one explain two grown adults fighting over Wizkid and Davido, Ronaldo and Messi as well as VDM and the Falanas? 😂 🎤 ⚽

Currently, social media is abuzz with the case of VDM and the Falanas. This case has shown intense blind followership and the highest level of “gullibles”, (in VDM’s voice “mumus” 😂😂😂) social media has seen in recent time. This case has exposed the deeply ingrained culture of gullibility across Nigerian society. 🌎 👀 While some social media users rally behind VDM, hailing him as a fearless voice against oppression, others support the Falanas, citing their legacy in the justice system of Nigeria. ⚖️

“The frenzy surrounding this case shows how easily people latch onto narratives without critical thought or proper evidence, driven by emotional loyalty rather than reason.” 🧠 🌨️ This case is evidence that Nigeria people need their religious, political and social influencers to reason for them. 🔊

For VDM's followers, the support appears rooted in rejecting authority figures and championing the underdog. On the other hand, the Falana supporters stand firm on the side of a family known for legal advocacy.

However, both camps fail to ask these questions:
What is the truth of the matter? 🙄
Has the case been thoroughly examined beyond personal biases and sensationalized posts?🧐

In this digital age, blind followership and bandwagon effects are becoming alarmingly common. Social media amplifies this, allowing narratives either true or false to spread unchecked. 🌎 📢

So, who are the real "gullibles" in this story? 🤔
Maybe the answer lies not in pointing fingers but in reflecting on how we process information and form opinions.

Earlier this year, some families could afford to stuck up their kitchen like this in one shopping, and the kids will have enough to eat for one month or more before they go shopping again.

Right now, many even add water to the Pepsi and pour it in cups so it will go around for the children in the house to enjoy.

How much could it have cost you to stuck up your kitchen like this one year ago? How much will it cost you now?

If I refuse to visit you and you send me this picture, I will borrow ₦500 and enter the next keke to your house. I will cook, clean and iron your clothes. What is small husband material that I don't have?

If you can't afford to bulk purchase food items now, please ensure you eat something to help your health. Whatever happens, please stay alive.

Till we get to the Promised Land, I shall be waiting for when you will pass me a glass of water and thank God for the gift of grace for the race.

See him here waiting for ride in London street!!! In europe he waits for his uber to pull up by the curbside but in Nigeria he wants his uber guy to deliver his parcel of snail in his bedroom and prostrate while giving it to him.

Be on the lookout for people’s opinion on issues like this, it tells you a whole lot about who they are and how they will behave when they have “power”.

Scientists Made an AI Tongue—But Isn’t That Our Job?

Ideally, tasting things is something humans do, right? Well, scientists have made an AI tongue that can do the job for us! This electronic tongue can tell the difference between coffee blends, spot spoiled drinks, and even detect harmful chemicals in water.

It works by using sensors that pick up chemicals in liquids and send signals to a computer system, much like how our brain ideally understands taste. Researchers say it works just like our tongue but with a bit more tech magic.

They tested it on soft drinks, coffee, and even spoiled juice, and guess what? It nailed it. It even found dangerous chemicals in water that we can’t taste ourselves.

So, while we ideally rely on our tongues to tell us what’s good, this AI tongue is stepping in to help with food safety, water checks, and even in making sure medicines are just right. Maybe our tongues can finally take a break

If you've ever been told or believe that God isn't involved in success stories, it's time to rethink that. Take Davido's father for example, a billionaire who attributes his wealth and influence to God Almighty. If someone at his level of influence recognizes God's role then who is lying to you.

Life is deeply spiritual and there's a spiritual element that makes things work. Many successful people won't openly share the extent of their spiritual practices but it's a key part of their success journey.

My advice, if you're a believer, hold your God o. No go dey loose-gad.

Federal Government Denies Responsibility for Petrol Price Hike.

The Federal Government of Nigeria has distanced itself from the recent increase in petrol pump prices, stating it is not responsible for the hike.

On Wednesday, October 9, the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) raised the price of fuel from N897 to N1,030 per litre in Abuja, from N855 to N998 in Lagos, and similar increases were seen across other regions. In the North-East, the price climbed to N1,070, while in the South-West it went up to N1,025, the South-East saw N1,045, and in the South-South, it spiked to N1,075.

This price surge has sparked outrage among Nigerians, with many calling on President Bola Tinubu to intervene and reverse the increment.

In response, the Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, told Daily Trust that the federal government should not be blamed for the price hike. He explained that the decision was made by NNPCL based on the current realities in the global energy market, noting that under the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA), the government no longer has the authority to set fuel prices.

Idris further clarified that since the removal of fuel subsidies in May 2023, NNPCL had been covering the price difference to keep fuel costs stable, but the company could no longer bear the financial losses.

He pointed to external factors like the ongoing Middle East crisis as a contributor to the global volatility in fuel prices. "The NNPC cannot continue to absorb these losses because, as a limited liability company, it cannot operate at a loss," Idris said.

The minister urged Nigerians to exercise patience, reassuring them that, eventually, fuel prices will come down.

I’M DONE WORKING FOR KIZZ DANIEL – HE’S UNLIKE ANYONE ELSE…

"During my time as Kizz Daniel's security guard, he never once raised his voice at me or treated me harshly. Instead, he blessed me with countless gifts and vacations to different countries. He didn’t treat me like an outsider—whenever he sat with his family to eat, he always made sure I was right there with them at the dining table. Honestly, I’ve never worked for someone this amazing. I’m truly blessed. 🥹❤️

Earlier this year, I got an offer to play a role in a movie, but I turned it down. I didn’t want to leave his side for fear that someone else might take my place. Eventually, the film executives reached out to Kizz Daniel himself, asking if he had anything to do with me rejecting their offer. He was surprised, saying he had no idea. Without delay, he came to me and asked why I turned down the opportunity. I told him, 'Boss, I didn’t want to leave your side—I’m afraid of losing my spot.'

At that moment, the money they were offering didn’t matter. I just loved working with him. But then, Kizz Daniel called my name and said, 'Kelvin, go and follow your calling. I’ll still be here when you get back.'

I took his advice, accepted the movie role, and now the film is topping the charts on Netflix! Since then, I’ve been getting calls from companies left, right, and center.

After it all, I came back to him, hugged him tight out of pure joy, and even lifted him up. He laughed and said, 'Ah ah, you forget I’m still your boss oo!' We both shared a good laugh and went inside together.

Kizz Daniel’s bouncer, Kelvin, shares his gratitude for a boss who supported his journey to success.

How many celebrities can do this? Give VADO his flowers. He’s a real boss! 🫡💐
