Some of the biggest mistakes you are making as a Social Media Manager includes:
1️⃣Expecting clients to fall on your lap because toy know your can do a good job- well the clients do not know about you and they don’t know that you can.
2️⃣Expecting your family and friends to patronise you because well,they are my friends. This will be your biggest shocker. Grow in Value and your people, they will come but your major clients are strangers.
3️⃣Charging cheaply so you can book more clients- laughs in delulu 😂. Two things : it’s either the low paying clients gan-gan will stress you until you can’t even take up more clients or you get good clients but you’re not meeting your income goal and you’re always stressed.
4️⃣Not being intentional about marketing your business
because you don’t want to be seen as overly safest, pushy, etc.
5️⃣Treating the business like a hobby or just an unserious hustle. This is a recipe for failure from the start.
You can grow from all these to a person who seats at the driver seat of your Social Media Management business, hitting your income goal and signing your ideal clients.

Dear Social media managers, you agree that it can be discouraging sometimes when your posts get little or no attention and sales.
If you know that you are genuinely putting out valuable content, please rest your mind. Being discouraged will frustrate you. Not all posts will appeal to your audience and that’s okay.
Focus on the ones that did well, strategically recycle them and create similar content around such posts.
Don’t let a lack of consistent engagement pull you down or wash down your efforts. Keep creating fire content!
