Hi everyone!! I am back with episode 13 of the Total Woman Podcast.

In this episode, I explore the topic "Laziness as a Deterrent to Purpose." Laziness hinders purpose by impeding necessary efforts and processes. It manifests in different ways, such as procrastination, tiredness, lack of self-worth, and easy distractions.

I also discuss three major types of laziness: physical, mental, and spiritual laziness. To overcome laziness and achieve one's purpose, I identify some remedies, such as setting goals and engaging in self-evaluation. This episode is loaded with much wisdom.
