Dear Access Bank
A guy just opened account with you this week. He came to my POS center to have five thousand naira transfered to the account. After I had made the transfer, he kept staring at the screen of his phone, perhaps keen for credit alert but there was not any.
Although I gave him 'customer copy' receipt, an evidence of successful transfer, the new bank user was not satisfied. So, I asked him to check balance using USSD code since he had left his ATM card at home and he did immediately but was not still credited.
The next day he came back to me with the card and asked me to withdraw the five thousand I deposited into his account that day. Surprisingly there was no money to withdraw. Meanwhile, I collected and checked his phone for any credit alert. Fortunately, I saw that the five thousand was credited.
However, the problem here is that the money is no longer in the account and he said that he did not withdraw it and there is no debit alert or evidence showing to which account the money has been transferred. To save myself from more explanations, I asked him to report to the branch where he had opened the account.
Please, save the guy otherwise he will go on discouraging his fellow villagers not to deposit there money in banks, particularly access bank.
