2.Your current level on what you do
3. What you should focus more on.
4. Your strength and lapses

having this in mindset tends to help you build on yourself and fix what needs fixing. You can't grow better if you neglect this factor.
Try and ask clients after every project for their feedback on your work.

First Logo project for the year
From Research through brainstorming Down to sketching then we scamp for initial feedback and critics . Once feedback is gotten we make necessary adjustments to the logo then we move to Digitialization once every sketch is converted to vector we run colors then branding. We finalise and then deliver.
