I decided to take a break from social media to protect my sanity and peace of mind. Social media can either make or break you. In my case, it cost me dearly, and I learned my lesson the hard way.

I was denied a visa to a country because of a false news report about me stealing a pet dog that appeared online. When I searched for my name at the embassy, this false information came up. The official told me, 'Sorry, we cannot grant you a visa. We don't want things to go missing in our country.' I broke down in tears because I had invested a lot in that trip.

I regret trying to fake a perfect image to impress people who don't genuinely care about me. This experience taught me to be authentic and true to myself."
