Gov. AbdulRazaq names white paper committee on Ijagbo school Hijab crisis.
Gov. AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara has delegated a six-man white paper board of trustees on the Oyun Baptist High School, Ijagbo, Hijab crisis.
This is contained in an articulation endorsed by the Chief Press Secretary to the lead representative, Mr Rafiu Ajakaye, and made accessible to News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Ilorin on Friday.
It said Mr Amuda Kannike (SAN) is the panel Chairman while Mr Amos Thompson would act as its Secretary.
Other individuals from the panel are Mr Joseph Bamigboye (SAN), Dr Haruna Baba Gogata, Mrs F.O. Titiloye, and Dr Saadat Yusuf.
"The board will look at and make noteworthy proposals to the public authority on the report of the board that had explored the advancement in the school over the Muslim Hijab (headwear).
"The board has fourteen days from the primary day of its sitting to present its report," the assertion read partially.
NAN reviews that AbdulRazaq had before set up a 7-man advisory group to explore the conditions that prompted the viciousness in Oyun Baptist High School, Ijagbo, in February.
