An Old Salafī Preacher who can't differenciate between Masaail of Excommunication when one MUST wait for the Scholars and when one MUST NOT wait for the Scholars due to how clear they are!!

If an Old Salafī preacher can't understand this as simple as it is, imagine how desirous he'll sound if at all the Mas-alah of "Excommunication an individual without prior warning(Iqaamatul-Hujjah)" is dicussed???!

Just to stay in opposite sides of the "Extremists" and present them to the world in a picture they are free from!

*{WHY CHANGING OF LEADERSHIP DOESN'T SOLVED OUR PROBLEMS IN NIGERIA, AND WHAT ARE THE SOLUTIONS TO IT O' NIGERIANS FELLOWS}*

*(A) Changing of leadership*
Changing of Nigeria's government leadership coexisting with democracy system and it is periodically activity after held of election conducted by National electoral committee(INEC).
Nigerians Focused and believed that, the day of election is the right time to choose and express their feelings to the present administrator by changing and re-electing of their new government leadership. And why problems upon problems after re-elected of the new administrator and what are the Solutions? Response has been stated in section E.

*(B) Political parties*
All political parties in Nigeria has their own protocols to nominate any aspirants as a contester of their parties. These protocols are elements of Nigeria's problem, why and how?
Each parties contained series of party's members, which they has equal right to contest for any available post in their country as a citizens, and each parties need single person to nominate as their candidate for such post, majority of their party's members may showed their interest in such of post, and they may vehemently refused to stepdown for each other, at level of this situation, the party's chairman may decided to organize a private meet to settle the controversy between the interesters, by promising them another different post, projects or any form of agreement in order to settle the issues between themselves. majority of party's members ready to use millions of naira to bribe their colleagues in order to achieve such post, these are the commonality attitudes among Nigeria's politicians, after millions of naira they used to obtained participation's form in the upcoming election and millions of naira they use to bribed their colleagues to achieve the post and their future goals. let assuming the such candidate won the election, does it possible for him to do your expectations without harvesting of his investment of millions of naira spent to bribed, obtained form, and used to campaign before election? Capital NO.
What are the solutions to these?
Response has been stated in the section E.

*(c) Democracy system and it constitution*
Nigeria officially became democracy user on its independence from Britain colonialist in October 1960, Nigeria has a democratic constitution with federal system modelled.
The executive is headed by the president, the legislature is formed by national assembly of senate, and house of representative, and the judiciary is headed by supreme Court.
These are the adopted constitution system created by Britain colonialist.
In simple sentence, democracy simply means.
Government of the people, by the people, for the people.
How does democracy system allowed corruptions, and what are the bad effects of it implementation in Nigeria?
We'll establish it in section E.

*(D) Ethnicity and religion differences*
Nigeria contained series of ethnics groups, the most populous and politically influential being are Yoruba, Hausa, and Igbo.
There are three (3) main religions recognised by Nigeria's citizens; Islamic religion, Christianity, and the Indigenous religion.
Though discrimination commence among Nigeria's politicians, most especially political's parties, by favouring their party's members from local level, state level, and federal level by sharing jobs, projects, and political appointments among themselves, which are the citizens entitlement.
I could remember our kwara state governor abdulrahman abdulrazaq, he is the first administrator in history that provided teaching job without any politicians hand.

*(E) Solutions*
Solution to the above enumerated contents are so simple, if we ready to follow the statements of almighty Allah.
Before proceed to establish the statements of almighty Allah, don't say we aren't on the same religion therefore its difficult for me to accept your references. O' my dear readers, read calmly and exercise patience, we insha Allah state out some evidences in the Bible where Quran also attested the evidences. The Bible says let reasons together.
Democracy system and the democratic constitution are one of the competitive tools with Allah's constitution because Allah said we should not drink and democracy said we can drink but not when we are driving, and Allah said we should not have s*x in*******se with unlawful women, democracy said we can do it without ra**ng her.
If almighty Allah make something forbidden, democracy will make it lawful. Thereby democracy system was stylish take us away from Almighty Allah, and Allah said in Surah Al-Anfal, Quran chapter 8, Verse 53:

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ لَمْ يَكُ مُغَيِّرًا نِّعْمَةً أَنْعَمَهَا عَلَىٰ قَوْمٍ حَتَّىٰ يُغَيِّرُوا مَا بِأَنفُسِهِمْ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ

*Translation*
This is because Allah has never changed a favor which He has conferred upon a people until they change their own condition; and because Allah is Hearing, Knowing all what you're doing.

*Comments*
In this verse the almighty Allah said, his favor upon us can never changed, until we change our stance or turning away from Allah and his books. Which we're already changed and turned away from him and his books.
Allah said in Surah Ar-Rad, Quran chapter 13 Verse 11:

لَهُ مُعَقِّبَاتٌ مِّن بَيْنِ يَدَيْهِ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِ يَحْفَظُونَهُ مِنْ أَمْرِ اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوْمٍ حَتَّىٰ يُغَيِّرُوا مَا بِأَنفُسِهِمْ وَإِذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِقَوْمٍ سُوءًا فَلَا مَرَدَّ لَهُ وَمَا لَهُم مِّن دُونِهِ مِن وَالٍ

*Translation*
For his sake there are angels following one another, before him and behind him, who guard him by Allah's commandment; surely Allah does not change the condition of a people until they change their own condition; and when Allah intends evil to a people, there is no averting it, and besides Him they have no protector.

*Comments*
In this verse the almighty Allah said, he won't change the present situation, problems upon people, until they look for change by turning back to almighty Allah.
*How can we change ourselves and turning back to almighty Allah?*
By make use his books; Quran and Hadiths.
It may come to your mind that how could that possible in this country where we has different tribes and religions.
It's possible, using Islamic law doesn't means you are not allowed to practice your desire religion if you decided not to accept Islam but with agreements and conditions.
Moreover Allah mandated it to everyone to accept what prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) brought to us, follow his footsteps, and believe there is no other religions will be acceptable by Allah except Islam, according to the statement of Allah in Surah Aal-e-Imran, Quran chapter 3, Verse 19:

إِنَّ الدِّينَ عِندَ اللَّهِ الْإِسْلَامُ

*Translation*
Surely the (true) religion with Allah is Islam.

*Comments*
The statement of Allah in this verse means, any other religions except Islamic religion wouldn't acceptable.

*Allah said in Surah An-Nisa, Quran chapter 4, Verse 60:*

أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّهُمْ آمَنُوا بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمَا أُنزِلَ مِن قَبْلِكَ يُرِيدُونَ أَن يَتَحَاكَمُوا إِلَى الطَّاغُوتِ وَقَدْ أُمِرُوا أَن يَكْفُرُوا بِهِ وَيُرِيدُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَن يُضِلَّهُمْ ضَلَالًا بَعِيدًا

*Translation*
Have you not seen those who assert that they believe in what has been revealed to you and what was revealed before you? They desire to summon one another to the judgment of the Shaitan, though they were commanded to deny him, and the Shaitan desires to lead them astray into a remote error.

*Comments*
The Almighty Allah addressed prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) by asking him questions doesn't need to be answered, have you not seen, those who that believed in what has been revealed to you as your constitution which are Quran and Hadiths, but they desired to use Shaitan customized constitution to make judgement between themselves, the example of this is democratic's constitution.
Note its compulsory for everyone of us to accept Islam and follow the footsteps of prophet Muhammad and his companions and make use of Quran and Hadiths as Constitution.
The prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) said in his Hadith of Imam Muslim Narrated by Abu Hurairo, Hadith Number 153.

وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ، لَا يَسْمَعُ بِي أَحَدٌ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ يَهُودِيٌّ وَلَا نَصْرَانِيٌّ، ثُمَّ يَمُوتُ، وَلَمْ يُؤْمِنْ بِالَّذِي أُرْسِلْتُ بِهِ إِلَّا كَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّارِ

*Translation*
One of the companions of prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) Abu Hurairo reported that Allah's messager saying, "By Allah hand whose Muhammad 's soul is, anyone of the people, jew or Christian, who hears about me and then dies without believing in my message, will be among those who go to the he hellfire.

*Comments*
The prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) declared jew and Christian, who soever vehemently refused to accept him as the messenger of Allah and refused to follow his footsteps talk less of taking what they sent to him as constitution, that such of people will be among those who go to hell fire.
I'll bring some evidences in the Bible that proved and authenticated the oneness of Allah and prophet ISSA (Jesus) is not almighty God, he is just a prophet sent to his group during his era, and Christianity isn't way of almighty Allah.

*Book of John 5, verse 30, says*
By myself I can do nothing; I judge only as i hear, and my judgement is just, for I seek not to please myself but he who sent me.

*Comments*
Jesus said in this chapter that he can't do anything by his own power and he doesn't seek his own will except will of him that him. What is the meaning of him that sent me in the verse? That him is refered to almighty Allah that sent him as a messenger to his group.

*Book of Luke 18, verse 18 and 19, says.*
A certain ruler asked him, good teacher what must I do to inherit kingdom of God?
Why do you called me good? No one is good except God alone.

*Comments*
Jesus against calling him good teacher, and he said only good is Almighty god, if Jesus is God why did he said that?

*Book of Matthew 21, verse 11, Referred to Jesus as a prophet when they asked about him.*
The crowds replied, this is prophet Jesus, from Nazareth in Galilee.

*Comments*
If Jesus is God how his people in his era referred to him as a prophet?
I thought all these are enough for truth seekers without twisting it. As we all believed nobody before Almighty Allah and nobody after him, if Jesus is God why Adam came before him and his mother came before him and why we came after him?

*Lastly for every one of us both Muslims, Christians, and indigenous religion, Quran chapter 4, verse 115(Surah An-Nisa) says:-*

وَمَن يُشَاقِقِ الرَّسُولَ مِن بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُ الْهُدَىٰ وَيَتَّبِعْ غَيْرَ سَبِيلِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ نُوَلِّهِ مَا تَوَلَّىٰ وَنُصْلِهِ جَهَنَّمَ وَسَاءَتْ مَصِيرًا

*Translation*
And whoever acts hostilely to the Apostle after that guidance has become manifest to him, and follows other than the way of the believers, We will turn him to the way he turned himself to, and make him enter hell fire; and it is an evil resort.

*Comments*
Allah said whosoever vehemently refused to accept the truth, guidance, and the entire constitution which prophet Muhammad brought for them, and he decided, deliberately turned away from the message of Allah, Allah will assist him by turning him astray as he did, and he will make hell fire easy for him to enter.

*End of discussion prayer*

سبحانك الله وبحمدك أشهد أن لا إله إلا أنت أستغفرك وأتوب إليك

*Translation*
Glory is to You, O Allah, and praise; I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but You. I seek Your forgiveness and turn to You in repentance.
