ANAMBRA STATE GOVERNMENT HAS ARRESTED A MAN FOR ABUSING HIS SON.

One Mr. Okwudili Ikediobi from Obiofia Nnewichi, Umuezize in Nnewi North Local Government Area of the state has been arrested by the Nnewi Central Police Station.
The case was immediately transferred to Police State CID, Awka for further investigation and from where he will be arraigned in court in the shortest possible time.
The said suspect is the father of the 15 years old boy from Nnewi with major hand and leg injuries.
The 15 years old was rescued by Hon. Ify. Obinabo, Commissioner for Women and Social Welfare in September through the assistance of some social workers. The victim explained that he was usually tied to the protector and tortured severely after he drank a left over tea of his step brother.
Mr. Okwudili Ikediobi was found hiding inside the ceiling when men of the Nigeria Police came to arrest him, although he was violent and resisted arrest but was overpowered the the police.
The 15 year old boy who is still receiving treatment is billed for surgery to correct his arm and other affected areas.

Mariam Nabatanzi, The 40-year-old woman from Uganda🇺🇬 gave birth to 44 children. She lost 6, which makes 38 children under one roof. The eldest son is 26 and the youngest is 4 years old. Mariam gave birth to a total of 44 babies all with one husband.
She has 3 sets of quadruplets, 4 sets of triplets & 6 sets of twins.
She has a genetic condition that makes her release multiple eggs in a cycle.
She is nicknamed Mother Uganda.

CBN Gave 8Billion Naira Agric Loan To Umahi’s Govt, No Farmer Benefited One Naira from It - Odoh |
The Governorship Candidate of All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Professor Benard Ifeanyi Odoh has accused Governor David Nweze Umahi’s Government of embezzling eight billion Naira given by Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN for Agric loan to farmers.
The former Secretary to Ebonyi State Government, Odoh who resigned in 2018 over "bad policies" of Umahi said over 3000 Ebonyians are in prisons in Lagos State and other different parts of the country.
Odoh stated this while speaking with some indigenes of Ebonyi State in Anambra State on Sunday.
He further said that prices of goods are higher in Ebonyi State more than Anambra, Imo, Enugu and Abia States.
According to him, "when I was SSG to Ebonyi State, I told Umahi instead of building flyovers everywhere, let's empower the poor farmers, our brothers hawking in Lagos State and other places, but the system refused".
"Today, over 3000 of our brothers are in prison in Lagos State. This is very bad".
"Over 4000 workers were retired from civil service in Ebonyi, no replacement till today".
"In the last seven years, CBN has given eight billion Naira loan for farmers but I can tell you that no farmer benefited one Naira from that loan."

Olugbenga David Owolabi was buried yesterday in America. He was a Nigerian who migrated to America in his 20s. He came back to invest in Nigeria in his 50s. He started a farm and a hotel in Ogbomoso. A few weeks after returning to Nigeria, he was kidnapped in his hotel together with a staff of his hotel Who was out of school because of ASUU strike.
The kidnappers demanded millions as ransom and he paid. But the kidnappers ended up killing him and his staff.
His family in USA blamed him for allowing his love for Nigeria to lead him to an early grave. His family refused to bury him in Nigeria. They flew his body back to America and buried him on Independence day as a reminder that Nigeria is a killer of those who love her.
Terrorism, insecurity and kidnapping has no tribe or religion....

MORAL LESSON!
Long-time ago in the Animal Kingdom, a sheep was passing and saw a lion crying inside a cage trapped and the lion begged the sheep to save him with a promise not to kill and eat it but the sheep refused. After much persuasion and for the sheep's gullibility it opened the cage for the lion.
Now the lion was very hungry having stayed in the cage for days without food. It quickly grabbed the sheep to kill and eat but the sheep reminded him of his promise. They were still there arguing when other animals came passing and they sought to know what happened. Both the lion and the sheep narrated their own side of the story but because of fear and in trying to gain Favour in the sight of the lion, all the animals took side with the lion except the Tortoise who claim not to understand the whole scenario.
Now the Tortoise asked the lion to show them where he was before the sheep rescued him, he pointed at the cage. He asked again, "were you inside or outside when the sheep arrived"? The lion said he was inside. The tortoise again said, "ok, enter let’s see how difficult it could be inside". The lion entered and the tortoise locked him back inside.
In amazement, the other animals asked tortoise "why" and he replied "if we allow him to eat the sheep today, he will still go hungry tomorrow and we don't know the next amongst us to be eaten tomorrow.
The Moral of this tale
*Don't support evil today because it doesn't affect you directly, tomorrow it could be your turn.

Ike Ekweremadu’s Daughter Begs For Kidney Donor
Sonia, the daughter of former Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, has begged Nigerians home and abroad to donate kidney to her.
The young lady, whose parents are currently facing charges of organ harvesting in the United Kingdom, took to her Instagram page on Monday to make the plea.
“I, Sonia Ekweremadu, hereby appeal to the general public to come to my aid and save my life.
“I dropped out of my postgraduate studies at the University of Newcastle in 2019 when I was diagnosed with a rare kidney disease, FSGS Nephrotic Syndome. My family has battled to save my life and has taken me to various hospital but the illness persisted and kept degenerating. I’m alive today by the special grace of God. I am presently in London, UK, receiving five hours of dialysis 3-4 times a week. This is at the expense of my family as I am not qualified for NHS due to m immigration status.
“The charges being faced by my parents in London presently are directly connected to my illness and have complicated matters for me and my family.
“In the circumstance above. I am appealing to anybody whom it may please to asset e willingly with a kidney donation in the name of God.” - She said.
