You and your bf have a good relationship. Then suddenly, the new guy shows.
He doesn't toast you and he becomes a friend.
He does his magic, and you begin to like him. You see him as very fun to chat with but your love for your bf is strong. You can't afford to lose him.
The new guy sees this and further intensifies his attempts.
You start to chat more with him chatting less with your bf in the process.
Bf notices this, he tells you. You apologize and become aware of yourself.
You try to adjust for the next few days but you have a sweet discussion hanging with new guy.
New guy notices the distance and further turns it up a notch. He spices up the convo, you can't afford to let it go.
Bf continues to complain. In your bid to make it up to him, you choose to spend weekend with him. He reminds you of how far you have come together, what is at stake and where you are going together.
You remember why you love him and can't afford to loose him. You apologize again, have s*x, cook together and all.
His agitation is pacified.
Then boom new guy (now potential side d*ck) who all weekend has plans to spend the day with you. He calls.
The convo is awkward, full of โyesโ โnoโ and โnot reallyโ you quickly end it.
Bf notices, asks who it was and you being the sneaky little ho says it is just a friend.
Alarm blares in bf's head. He knows all of your friends. Of course, you introduced all of them and he can't remember the one with the name โjust a friendโ.
Territorialism sets in. Bf asks if he's a guy.
Because you haven't gotten to the level of lying outrightly, you say yes or your no is unconvincing.
He wants to speak about it but doesn't want to spoil the moment (an already threatened one) he keeps quiet.
He becomes buried in his thoughts. He seems a little withdrawn.
You notice and silently curse yourself.
New week starts you return to base, determined to thread more carefully.
Thinking it's he who's lagging in his show of affection, Bf calls more frequently (poor guy).
Then midweek, side d*ck shows with a mouth watering offer. A date, at that restaurant you've always loved (or wanted to go) followed by ladies night at club bubbles. You are happy at first, then you remember that bf calls more these days and besides you have to work or class tomorrow.
The intensity of bf calls start to seem like the guy's beginning to nag.
You say yes to side d*ck's dinner, and use work as an excuse to postpone clubbing till Friday night.
Guy's patient he knows the game well. He smiles in understanding.
The smile melts your heart, you think he is a good guy.
Dinner was good, the food was lovely. You took one or two pics. You begin to look forward to Friday.
Bf shows up Friday afternoon, wants to spend time because he wants closure. Doesn't want to leave his relationship at the mercy of โjust a friendโ
He notices your reluctance and asks if he is disrupting any plans. You still can't tell a lie yet, and you still love him. You say no.
You quickly inform side d*ck about change of plans. Promising Saturday night. Since bf doesn't spend more than a day at your place.
Saturday, man doesn't seem like he's leaving.
You become disappointed, thinking side d*ck might get angry.
He calls, you hang up. You put your phone on silent, and refuse to pick his calls.
Bf leaves after lunch Sunday. He blesses your bussy with a fantastic fe****io and follows with a mind blowing collapse doggy.
He give you more than the usual as he leaves.
Side d*ck calls almost immediately.
You're right! He is angry but he's not ranting although you notice it in his tone.
You soothe him with naughty talks and soon you both are laughing.
Two days later side d*ck tells you that someone called him, truecaller showed the name as so so (your bf).
You didn't wait to hear the rest. You hang up scared that you've been caught.
So this was bf's plan when he showed up last weekend pretending to miss you, you think.
No wonder he's been nagging a lot recently.
You become furious that he checked your phone without your knowledge.
You call him asking who's number he lifted from your phone.
Poor, innocent guy who's just fighting for love. Doesn't know nothing.
He asks what you mean You ask him not to dare. You blast him off. He calls back but you refuse to answer.
You don't want even want his useless explanation.
Later, side d*ck calls, offers you a shoulder. You take it. You ask if the club offer still stands.
It does.
You get to the club. You get loose after two shots, not high though. You start smiling and mount all of your assets on him.
Finally, you go to his place. He pounds you like never before. You think his aphrodisiac induced energy is better than bf's.
He finally climaxes and you both shudder. He kisses and you push him away remembering that tomorrow is workday. He steps into the bathroom.
Comes back drying himself.
Youโquite ashamed, he didn't really toast you, with sheets pulled up to your chin ask
โWhat are we?โ

From ghost town to protest, the North West region joins the South West region to mourn the brutal killing by a Gendarme of young Enondialle Caroline on October 14, 2021, in Buea. Last week Thursday, there were massive protests in Buea, and denizens stormed the Governor's office demanding justice. Though the perpetrator of the act was lynched, the population have said illegal control posts are being created by men in uniform to extort money from road users.
