I have discovered the antidote for Procrastination.

Procrastination is the prison that stops you from meeting kings.

Procrastination stops you from growing.

Just before I give you the antidote to this illness called procrastination, let me tell you something about self doubt.

Funny fact about Procrastination is that it doesn't work alone.

First it starts with self doubt. The moment you question your capacity on a thing, you've given room for self doubt to set in.

A lot of you neglect the importance of self awareness which is the antidote for self doubt.

One of the reasons you keep doubting yourself is because you're not aware of YOU.

Self doubt is the chain that drags you into Procrastination.

Before treating Procrastination,treat self doubt.

To treat self doubt,go on a journey of self discovery.

Now,here is the antidote to Procrastination: taking ACTION consistently.

You can beat procrastination by taking action.

When that spirit of I'll do it tomorrow comes, stand up and do it now.

Put effort into beating it consistently then you will cure Procrastination.

What are you still waiting for; stand up and do it now!

The invigilator and I.

Long post alert ‼️

The alarm did its best that morning trying to wake me up on time but I was still deep asleep.

Sooner, my phone rang and I picked up when my eyes still weak to sleep she screamed to my ears

“Where are you? The invigilator is here.

Sleep left immediately. It wasn't a day to follow the normal routine so I rushed into the bathroom, muttering words of prayers while showering.

On getting to the exams hall, I discovered exams started a few minutes ago and I had to write as fast as I could to meet up with the time allotted to it.

I sat down tense and confused about where to start.I turned to my colleagues to share the question and copy the answers only to discover that we all have different question paper types.

That was when it was done to me that I needed to do this.

The script was messed up so I raised my hands for a new answer sheet, luckily for me I was attended to immediately.

On getting the sheet,I fixed my eyes on the question paper and penned down the answers on the answer sheet.

Are you sharing your colleagues' question papers and copying their answers?

Do you know that on marking the script, you might fail?

Do you really think that your colleague will allow you copy everything on their script?

That reserved answer identifies its originality which will make your script photocopied!

I'm actually driving at purpose discovery,growth and personal development.

When it comes to discovering purpose,it is the compass that gives your life a sense of meaning, joy and fulfillment.

There's no need for the long talk on growth and personal development if purpose is not discovered.

Have you sat yourself down, had a meeting with yourself about the purpose of your existence?

According to research, people who discover their purpose (especially on time) have a higher level of income and net worth over those copying people's purpose or leaving off people's purpose.

How long do you intend to be a driver to a man of destiny?

So you are comfortable driving another man to his destination without a slight thought of taking your destiny alongside the journey.

How long do you want to get paid to cultivate another man's land?

Are you existing or living?

Purpose discovery gives clarity to your dreams, vision, passion, interest, strength, value and capacity.

I'll teach you 3 ways to discover the purpose of your existence.

✍️ Find your passion and interest.
There's this law of growth I love so much; the law of reflection.

Reflect on what you can do and not get exhausted easily.

What triggers your excitement,gives peace,fulfillment and brings profit to you and humanity at large?

Invest in it.

✍️Find your belief system.
Few days ago, I made a post about 3 Clarity personal test questions you need to answer and one of the questions was WHO ARE YOU?

Who you are is a complex question and in the answer lies your belief system; find it.

You'll find it on my timeline, read it.

✍️Find suitable role models and mentors.
I grew up to the saying that experience is the best teacher but now I have a different belief system about that adage.

It is unwise to still want to experience it when you have seen or read of people who made those same mistakes.

Learn from individuals who took calculated risk and succeeded in that industry. Don't wait to risk your time going over the process again and again.

What you wish to become needs the inspiration of experts to amplify it and shine the light on you.

A bonus for reading to this point

🧿Find your strength and weakness.
One of the strategies that has helped me severally to become better and grow daily is in the principle of maximizing my strength and minimizing my weakness.

Take a sheet of paper, write out things you can do effortlessly to one side and things that you find hectic doing them to the other side.

Focus on finding yourself first, discover purpose and growth won't be difficult.

The question paper differs,quit copying; stay in your originality and grow.

If it seams exhausting, take a break and Re-strategize.

Regression is important in the journey.

Don't beat yourself too hard less you break down.

✨THE SERVANT

⚡Every servant, male and female respectively, is or was once a beloved child of the parent. And even if they are orphans,were given birth to, because it takes a male and female to produce a child.

⚡Naturally, no child wishes to settle for the crumbs, but then again life most times don't go as planned.

⚡A servant is not less of human.

⚡Truth is, they may be your servant but they are serving and saving you from some things through their services.

⚡They are your maid but they are partly making you the boss you feel you are.

⚡They cook for you..
⚡They do the dishes..
⚡They do the laundry..
⚡Some are faced with the responsibility of catering for your kids.

⚡If they're helping you,why make them feel less of human?

⚡A good servant should be treated with love.

⚡If you can afford sending them to the same school as your kids, please do.
⚡If the capacity is not there, take them to the affordable ones.

⚡Consider their needs too while shopping for your kids.
⚡Don't watch your kids insult and abuse them.

⚡They made the food but end up eating from the crumbs or even starving.

⚡It's inhumane to dish out such emotional and psychological blackmail to any child just because he or she is not your blood.

⚡The love your neighbor commandment is not a commandment for your relations alone, so love your servant,she is human too.

Balancing your spiritual life with your social life as a Christian

Espisode 2

Talking about spirituality as a Christian is a complete necessity that can not be ignored as long as you said yes.

Your spiritual life is measured by the secret you have gotten from the secret place
Your spiritual life is measured by your relationship with God
You can't hide spirituality no matter how hard you try.

When we eat a food we will know if it was cooked properly,not just by the aroma that brings us to the food. The aroma might be pleasing to the nose but wait let's taste the food.
That you don't do makeover abi makeup doesn't mean you're spiritual, it's just a choice of life.

The beginning of spirituality is total repentance. When you truly repent, evidence is seen from your speach, dressing reasoning and behavior.
Baptism before repentance is like an aroma from the food that has not been well cooked.

Tongues speaking is a sign that follows yes, but most likely not a measurement tool for spirituality because some tongues these days are rehearsed and some copied.
When the food is well cooked (true repentance) the evidence of your spirituality through speaking in tongues grows by the level of your intimacy with yaweh.
God don't rush process , he takes time to cook you, your tongues keep changing.
The way you speak change, the things you say change,there is a total Reformation of the mindset.

The true spirituality guides and order your steps physical if you OBEY.
Your relationship with yaweh tell you if that dress fits you as a Christian, if that gathering will benefit you.

Do I have to give up my social life to be spiritual?
How do I merge my spiritual life with my social life?
How about my friends after repentance, do I have to hate them?

We'll talk about social life in the next episode.

For those not affected, this process of flushing your kidneys occurs automatically 36 times every day with zero effort or discomfort.
While you are reading this, quit alcohol, quit processed foods, quit j***y fries , quit unnecessary use of sugar and importantly hit the gym if you can . All these are easier and cheaper options to keep your kidneys and liver fit.

SALVATION, THE ID OF A CHRISTIAN SURGEON.

Every doctor needs an ID (identity card) before being certified to the theater for a surgery.
Salvation is the identity card of a Christian.
Accepting Christ is the ID.
Most likely this subject seems to be revisit annually on Easters
Don't wait for Easter to remember or appreciate the gift of salvation

Are you still working out your salvation ?
Salvation is like a medical school, you were or you're SAVED (educated and equipped) to SAVE another life.

We should naturally be optimistic as a doctor is to save his patient or prevent them from dying.
A doctor who keeps loosing patients will be doubted of the capacity to handle another surgery or kicked out mostly. (If you deny me before men , I'll deny you before my father)

You've been saved, so come to the realization that you're a surgeon.
How many lives have you saved since you became a surgeon?
How many lives has been lost too?
Can we still trust your capacity to handle the next surgery?
Can your surgeon leave the theater for you knowing you're equal to the task? (occupy till I come)
Is your salvation an archive or upgrading and renewed ?

Dear Christian surgeons, sharpen your scalpel we have so many patients waiting in the theater for surgery.

Every teacher wants to see his students with flying colors.
Let's make our teacher (Christ) proud.
Wake up it's duty time , let's get back to work.

I promised I was gonna talk on addiction in my prior post.

What is even this addiction 🤔
I stand to be corrected, let's share knowledge together.

👉Addiction is a chronic disease or conditions that affects the mind.
👉 Chronic in that before it became an addiction it might have been a mistake or ignorance before it turned to a lifestyle you feel you can't do without.
👉 It's affecting the mind because everything that happens around you sends signal to the brain which will process the data, interpret it and send it back as information which is the reality before your very eyes.

👉The mind is the mother board of your whole body system and the moment your mind is magnetizing a virus,it affects the productivity slowly making it look like a law of diminishing returns whereby the more you keep cultivating that idea the more it maximize your mind.

👉 Addiction is that point, that stage an action takes over your reaction.🤔🤔
✍️✍️✍️Let me explain ✍️✍️

When addiction is introduced or created, the mind recycles it over and over again thereby installing a memory when you keep thinking of it. Don't forget the duty of the mind is to think, it's working always. Now this memory comes with a trigger that gives you another option and opportunity to explore it again, when you accept the proposal from the mind and repeat it again and again (craving) you keep wanting more and at the same time creating a track which will turn to a path or route.

👉The more you explore it the more you've given authority to the action over your reaction. By the time the action builds an express road, your reactions has no say again because the strength of the action is stronger than your reaction. The action starts controlling your reactions, giving you directives and ofcos feeding you with the lies that you can't survive without taking that road.

👉 Finally addiction is a process therefore fighting it is a process too.
