Studies show that most Gen Z candidates expect to be promoted in one year or less (that includes 78.1% of internship candidates and 72.2% of full-time candidates), while just 2% of all candidates expect two and a half years to go without a promotion. But that isn’t a bad sign.

Lack of communication skills in our young generation is enhancing negativity, lack of interest in life, lazy attitude, violence, aggression, disappointment, and failure. The ratio of violent incidents is increasing day-by-day, su***de due to anxiety, use of drugs and depression are common.

So, if you lack boundaries, you're prone to accept responsibilities that aren't yours because you don't know where your responsibilities end and someone else's begins.
