Time will pass and seasons will come and go. Beauty is the only thing that time cannot harm. Philosophies fall away like sand, and creeds follow one another, but what is beautiful is a joy for all seasons, a possession for all eternity.
A well-known quote about time and seasons is from Ecclesiastes 3, which states, "There is a time for everything and a season for every activity under the heavens." This highlights the idea that life has different phases and moments that are appropriate for various actions and experiences.
“The trouble is you think you have time.” The importance of valuing and managing time wisely cannot be over-emphasized, as it can easily slip away if not prioritized.

To achieve greatness, to achieve success, you must earn it. Your good results, your leadership positions, are not gifts, but earned through your hard work and dedication. When others were resting, you were reading. When others were coasting, you were pushing yourself. This is the same in life; you must work for what you want. Your dreams, your aspirations, are not just handed to you, you must sacrifice for them, you must work hard for them. Only when you have put in the work, when you have earned it, when the Lord has bless it will your dreams become a reality

Food i can not do without not eating.

How to make Ewa Agoyin /Ewa Agoyin sauce

Ingredients Ewa Agoyin Beans:

3 cups of black eyed beans or white beans
Salt to taste
Water, enough to boil the beans

Ingredients Ewa Agoyin Pepper Sauce:

1 cup of palm oil
2 medium sized onions, 1 should be thinly sliced
¼ cup of dried shombo peppers
1 teaspoon of minced ginger
2-3 pieces of Cameroon pepper
2-3 tablespoons of ground crayfish
1-2 dried bell pepper (tatashe)
Seasoning cube(s) to taste
Salt to taste

Directions:
1
Soak your dried shombo and bell peppers in hot water possibly overnight or for about 6hours till they get plump.
2
Slice one of the onions then add your plump dried peppers, minced ginger and Cameroon pepper to a blender. Add a bit of water and blend coarsely (it shouldn’t be smooth, let the seeds still show). Transfer into a bowl and set aside.
3
Measure your beans into a pot, about 6-8 cups of water and boil till it’s very soft. This should take about 2 hours. When tender, add a pinch of salt and mash with a hand mixer or masher.
4
In a large pan, add your palm oil and cover with a tight lid then allow to bleach for about 10-12mins.
5
Reduce the heat to low after bleaching then add your thinly sliced onions and allow to fry till it’s caramelise or slightly burnt.
6
Add your blended pepper mix into the pan, maintaining a low heat. Add your ground crayfish, seasoning cube(s) and salt to taste. Allow to fry for about 45mins, stirring from time to time. You should get a black colour but not burnt sauce.
7
Turn off heat and serve your Ewa Agoyin with Agege Bread preferably

"The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand," said Vince Lombardi.
This quote emphasizes the importance of not just hard work, but also dedication and determination. Even if we don't achieve the outcome we desire, we can take pride in knowing that we did our best and gave it our all. This quote also reminds us that success doesn't come easy - it requires effort and commitment.

Everyone you meet always asks if you have a career, are married, or own a house, as if life was some kind of grocery list. But no one ever asks you if you are happy.

Lessons learned From the Book “Think Again”
1. Think like a scientist.
A scientist is always in a rethinking loop which enables discovery of new knowledge.
👉If knowledge is power, knowing what we don’t know is wisdom.
2. Develop Confident Humility
Humility isn’t about lack of self-confidence. It’s about being grounded.
👉Knowing that we are both flawed and fallible. Never losing sight of this reality. Confidence is about self belief.
3. Detaching Opinion from Identity
🚫We should avoid becoming too attached to our ideas and our beliefs. We shouldn’t let it become part of our identity.
👉When we let our ideas become part of our identity, we become hostile to the thought of being wrong.
4. Argue about HOW and not WHY
WHY conversations often get emotional and ego led, and people become dismissive of the others.
✅Once you start discussing HOW, people start noticing the gaps in their knowledge and the flaw in their conclusions and become less argumentative.
5. How to win debates and negotiate well
- Instead of attacking to weakest argument, acknowledge their best one
- Focus on fewer but stronger points
- Ask questions
6. Changing mindsets through Motivational Interviewing
We can’t motivate people to change. We have a better chance helping them find their own motivation to change.

Keys:
- Asking open ended questions
- Engage in reflective listening
- Affirming the person’s ability
7. Dealing with Polarised Mindsets
People operate with binary mindsets. Everything is black or white.
✅The solution lies in breaking this oversimplified extreme view by introducing complexity and nuance.
8. Rethinking for Kids
The practise of doing multiple drafts instead of just one. Especially in creative projects.
👉More drafts mean more rethinking, reworking, polishing and fine-tuning. Leading eventually to a higher quality output.
9. Learning Organizations
👉Combining Psychological Safety and Process Accountability to create a learning zone.

From Victory to greater Victory

The more you keep excusing that sickness as a spiritual attack, the less likely you will receive your healing. Your sickness isn't special and should answer to faith as every sickness and disease does. We glorify and justify sickness when we label it as a spiritual attack.

Satan has always been the author of sickness and our authority to cast out devils and destroy the works of satan is still in force.

Truth is, due to neglect and prayerlessness, many of us have become very slack when it comes to the things of the Spirit. Miracles, healings, and the manifestation of the Spirit isn't our priority, we are now motivational, relational, and success coaches.

The world meanwhile is in dire need of men of God. Men and women that are filled, and are flooded with all of the fullness of God and functioning in the full light of the truth of scripture.

It isn't your calling to refer the sick, barren, and afflicted to specialists, and pay their bills. God's method and means have always been healing through faith in his name!

Why on earth should a pentecostal/ charismatic church refer the sick to the hospital, when our forebears had a supernatural reputation, and the sick were brought from hospitals to the church for healing?

What has changed? Neglect of the gift of the Holy Spirit, laziness to pray, and labor in the word. We must all turn again to reaffirm and engage our supernatural roots.

We must build a church that evokes the fear of God, and have a solid reputation for outstanding city-shaking miracles.

The waters of the Spirit need to come at flood level to sweep away every affliction, sickness, and shame. It will necessitate very huge investments in intercessions and the ministry of the word.

Doctors must again refer their hopeless and difficult cases to the church. This is what we met, and this is what we must bequeath to the next generation.

Here's why you should not GOSSIP.

In Ancient Greece, Socrates had a great reputation of wisdom. One day, someone came to find the great philosopher and said to him:
- Do you know what I just heard about your friend?
- A moment, replied Socrates. Before you tell me, I would like to test you the three sieves.
- The three sieves?
- Yes, continued Socrates. Before telling anything about the others, it's good to take the time to filter what you mean. I call it the test of the three sieves. The first sieve is the TRUTH. Have you checked if what you're going to tell me is true?
- No, I just heard it.
- Very good! So, you don't know if it's true. We continue with the second sieve, that of KINDNESS. What you want to tell me about my friend, is it good?
- Oh, no! On the contrary.
- So, questioned Socrates, you want to tell me bad things about him and you're not even sure they're true? Maybe you can still pass the test of the third sieve, that of UTILITY. Is it useful that I know what you're going to tell me about this friend?
- No, really.
- So, concluded Socrates, what you were going to tell me is neither true, nor good, nor useful. Why, then, did you want to tell me this?
"Gossip is a bad thing. In the beginning it may seem enjoyable and fun, but in the end, it fills our hearts with bitterness and poisons us, too!"

More Encouragers, Please!
Words of encouragement build people up and strengthen them to be all they can be in life. They help people not to give up on their dreams, but to press on until they have Victory.
Flatter me, and i may not believe you. Criticize me, and i may not like you. Ignore me, and i may not forgive you. Encourage me, and i will not forget you. ~ William Arthur Ward
I am very thankful for the people who have encouraged me in life, but i must say that i wish there had been more of them. We all need encouragement
