4. Be open to compromise and conflict resolution.
5. Exhibit physical affection through holding hands or petting.
6. Don't hold grudges and learn to forgive when demanded.
7. Work on developing and improving your relationship on a regular basis.

Please, keep in mind that love is a continuous thing that usually requires both parties' commitment and effort.
