Do your part now.
I stand to be corrected, most of us left the village because we thought there is nothing we can gain or do in the village, some ran away and said there are witches in the village that are hindering their progress, when we got outside people ask us, where are we from, and we made mention of our state eventually it comes down to our village at times they asked can we go to your village then we just don't know what to say, of truth some might have ugly experience but that doesn't stop you from hitting the positive change botten, let's look at it this way, if you left simply because there are witches in the village then who we pursue them for you, if you left because there is no development, then who will do it for you, if you left because you have some argument or quarrel with your community people who will settle it, the shallow thoughts has made us not to think broader, we own it to ourselves to do the right thing as an offspring of that village, allot of people from other tribes have realized this and that is why you can see development going on there, if you happens to find yourself in another man's land and see the beauty of the place then you should feel guilty and be disappointed in yourself, reason because you fail to do your part, some of our parents made a mistake but we don't have to follow there wrongs, if you go abroad some of our brothers are lost there and can never be found, this is an error, the Americans, UK and others knows the importance of roots and that is why they don't leave their own behind talk more of burying them in a foreign land, some of our parents knows this too, and that is why they will proudly tell you, take me to my village when I die, is it only to accept burial that the village is good for, or is the village a burial ground? NO, some of our parents when the get old that is when they remember that they have village and they now wants to go back and rest there, it is an Error if you have failed to contribute your quota, it is even disheartening if you are opportune and you fail to do something, in the journey of life we all have a duty, first to your imidiate family and then to the society, what have you done to your roots, I am proud of to be Isua, I am proud to come from Isua, it is even sad to know that some Isuas are hiding from their tribes, now this is it, many of our old parents or forefathers then that some people called witches, evil and all sorts of name they are no more, funny enough our parents that are old now have gone back to the village to replace the vacant seats, won't it be an Asore if you have done nothing when you should have... Just thinking, I did remember my own story when the outside was too tensed for my Dad he ran with us back inside, I mean back home, no place like home, wherever we are, we can still reach back home in so many ways, so that when you come back one day you will be proud of your roots and yourself, you are opportune now, so do your part.
