Awori Welfare Association of Nigeria (AWAN) Strengthens Unity and Development Initiatives with Visit to Isheri Olofin.

The Awori Welfare Association of Nigeria (AWAN), the apex body representing the Awori community, recently embarked on a visit to Isheri Olofin to reinforce the principles of unity and development among Awori towns. Led by Alhaji Ajibola Olagbaye , the visit aimed to foster closer ties between AWAN and grassroots communities while emphasizing the importance of collective progress.
The visit, which centered around Awori oneness and unity, provided an opportunity for AWAN executives and members to engage with community leaders and stakeholders in Isheri Olofin. His Royal Majesty, the Arole Olofin Ogunfunminire, Olofin Asholesha, Alayeluwa Oba (Engr.) Sulaiman Adekunle Bamgbade, Ayodele Ẹdun Alaka III, the Olofin of Isheri, Adimula and natural head of all Awori Kingdoms, alongside esteemed traditional leaders such as Oba Shobowale Benson, the Olojodu of Ojodu, and Oba Lateef Amodemaja, the Olu of Mapara, Isheri Olofin Baales and chiefs in council welcomed the AWAN delegation with open arms, underscoring the spirit of hospitality and collaboration within the Isheri community.
During the visit, discussions focused on various developmental initiatives aimed at enhancing the welfare and infrastructure of Awori towns. The exchange of ideas and perspectives between AWAN representatives and Community leaders highlighted the collective commitment to advancing the well-being of Awori communities.
Alhaji Olagbaye and his executive team expressed profound gratitude to the Isheri community for their warm reception and hospitality. Their appreciation further reinforced the importance of building strong relationships and partnerships across communities for the mutual benefit of all.
