1. When a person sleeps for a long time, sometimes their sadness is deep. He thinks a lot. There's a lot of things bothering this person so he prefer to just put everything to sleep.

2. When he eats a lot of food, sometimes, it means he is stressed. Sometimes it's a lot of fun. You can see the way he eats But in his eyes he is stressed, sad or happy. When he invites you to join him on a food trip, go with him.

3. When he gets angry even for small things, it means he wants to be nurtured, give him attention, understand and he wants people to love him.

THE HEALING POWER OF GARLIC

GARLIC is a great medicinal plants that's supposed to be part of our daily consumption.

Garlic restores loss of appetite and it's highly recommended for those who wish to remain strong and healthy. The peculiar smell of garlic repels many people and this makes them to discard it. The organs of the body which benefit most from garlic are the organs of elimination such as the lungs, bronchi, liver, kidney, and the skin.

Methods of Applying Garlic

A:
Swallow 4 cloves of garlic three times daily, the same way you swallow tablets or capsules. This is one of the simplest and most convenient ways to take garlic. This saves the challenge of the smell problem that repels many people. Please note that, anything less than the recommended 12 cloves daily dosage will give very little theraupetic effect.

B:
Mash 3 bulbs of garlic. Soak in one bottle of hot water overnight. Drink a glassful 3 times daily.

C:
Blend 10 bulbs of garlic with 2 bottles of honey. Don't add water. Drink 2 tablespoons 3 times daily.

Medicinal Properties Of Garlic

ANTIBIOTIC:
Garlic is one of the most effectI've natural antibiotics that's very potent. It's been scientifically proven that garlic works against the following bacteria:

1. Escherichia Coll - which causes intestinal dsybacteriosis and urinary infection so.

2. Salmoliellatyphl - which causes typhoid fever.

3. Shigelladysenteriae - which causes dysentery.

4. Staphylococcus and Streptococcus - which causes inflammation of the ge***al organs, damage s***m cells and skin infections and blemishes.

Overthinking means to think too much about (something): to put too much time into thinking about or analyzing (something) in a way that is more harmful than helpful.

Overthinkers may have trouble distinguishing between the fear of making a mistake, which leads to overthinking to the point where they make no decision, and a deep feeling that something is wrong.

Knowing if fear or intuition is guiding your behavior will help you get out of your head and take the next necessary steps.

SIGNS THAT YOU OVERTHINK

Difficulty following along with and contributing to a conversation because you go over potential responses or statements time and again until the conversation has either ended or the window of opportunity for speaking was lost

Continually comparing yourself to the people around you and how you measure up to them

Focusing on worst-case scenarios either involving yourself or the ones you love

Reliving past failures or mistakes over and over again and you're unable to move past them

HOW MUCH DOES A CUP OF HATRED COST?

I never knew it was that costly. I wanted to know the cost of HATRED, so I decided to branch to a shop where it's being sold.

As a good Businesswoman who was looking for a buyer, the Sales man rushed out to ask what I wanted.

I told him I wanted just a cup of hatred, and then he smiled and asked if I could afford it.

'How much does a cup cost?' I asked?! Hmmmmm! He took in a deep breath, then started:
1. It will first of all take away your inner peace.

2. It will cost you incurable worries.

3. It will eat up your heart.

4. You will be deeply bitter whenever you set your eyes on the person you hate.

5. When others are celebrating him or her, you will always be looking for why he or she doesn't deserve it.

6. You will become so weak and tired of seeing the person.

7. Whenever he or she laughs, you will cry.

8. While others are busy planning their future, you will be busy looking for how to pull him or her down.

9. The Spirit of God will leave you and you will become the temple of devils where demons reside.

10. You will begin to have different health issues like High Blood Pressure, Diabetics, Stroke, Cancer, Liver Disease, Kidney Disease, etc, as long as you drink from the cup of Hatred, Bitterness, Grudge, Unforgiveness, Malice, Anger, Jealousy, Envy, Resentment.

11. Worse still, prayers or drugs cannot help much because you have disobeyed the natural and supernatural laws.

12. You will die before your time and go to hell.

The seller was still counting what a cup of hatred will cost me, when I shunned him, realizing how EXPENSIVE hatred is.

I left because I knew deep down I could not afford it.

I refuse to pay such a huge amount when I can LOVE so easily and cheaply.

Brethren, don't allow anybody to take away your joy and sell or give you hatred.

Avoid gossips, bitterness, anger, etc because a lot of times, it is what you hear about somebody that breeds hatred.

1) Do not smoke after meal, it increases risk of cancer

2) Sleep : Going to bed right after your meal could Lead to bloating and discomfort and abdominal pain.

3) Drinking of tea or coffee; Tea or coffee if not main meal of the Day, It is suggested by the nutritionists that tea or coffee should be taken at least 30 minutes after meal.

4) Shower : Do not enter your bath roam to shower immediately after meal.

Rather shower before meal. Waiting till 30 minutes after meal to shower is the best suggestion. It could lead to indigestion.

5) Eating fruits : Fruits needs special kind of enzyme to digest.

It is suggested you eat your fruit before a meal.

Eating it after meal may lead to indigestion.

6) Loosening your belt: Do not loose your belt on your waist or stomach immediately after meal.

Remove them before meal but if it happens that you forgot to remove it before meal, please allow it there like 30 minutes before loosing the belt

Today we're crushing on a very amazing personality whose name literally means "thank you!" And without a doubt her life is something to be thankful for. 🙌
Queen👑 Faida Musa Babale💞 is a highly industrious woman with a strong go-getter attitude💪 that really inspires us.
She is a prolific public speaker and the host of the outstanding Online TV called Starlight TV where she inspires young people on areas of personal development, improving their self image and self confidence amongst others.
Starlight TV is definitely a must watch for us🥰 as she holds interviews and interactive sessions with influencial and high value individuals where they share their story, knowledge, and advice to the youth.

Queen Faida is the second and last daughter of her family.
She had her first degree in Information and Communication Technology from the IRGIB Africa University, Benin Republic and has also bagged a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Gombe State University.

Yet despite all her knowledge, she doesn't rely on her understanding but solely depends on the leading of the Holy Spirit🔥✨.
