Its a tough world for women across the globe and its up to us to make the difference @he4sheicp Be A Lady they Said... Be a lady they said. Your skirt is too short. Your shirt is too low. Your pants are too tight. Don’t show so much skin. Don’t show your thighs. Don’t show your breasts. Don’t show your midriff. Don’t show your cleavage. Don’t show your underwear. Don’t show your shoulders. Cover up. Leave something to the imagination. Dress modestly. Don’t be a temptress. Men can’t control themselves. Men have needs. You look frumpy. Loosen up. Show some skin. Look sexy. Look hot. Don’t be so provocative. You’re asking for it. Wear black. Wear heels. You’re too dressed up. You’re too dressed down. Don’t wear those sweatpants; you look like you’ve let yourself go. Written by @camillerainville. Recited by @_golit_

Approximately 1.2 billion women across the world do not have access to menstrual sanitation pads this leads to many unhygienic and harmful practices... Network of women for sustainable Development would be partnering with Amazons of AREWA. in creating more awareness to the plight of these girls as well as work towards preventing period poverty amongst girls in rural areas who cannot afford sanitary pads. this causes not just discomfort but health harzards for the girls but stops them from even going to school for the duration of the periods. we are calling all partners to support this project as it seems to address the mental and hygiene health care for girls in rural. Adopt a girl today provide her with a pad. @womenleadershipinstitute @nw4sd2021 @globalyouthnetwork_nigeria @padupafrica @padagirlinitaitve @padbanknigeria @powerwomen8 @_womeninmedia @ipwr_africa @fmwa_ng @hudayyawoman @warif_ng @womenimpactingnigeria @unwomen @womenmovingforward_hub @womeninpoliticsng @comfortlunwomen @womenfounders_group @wipfng @womeninspiringimpactnetwork @baobab_rights @comfortlunwomen @damepaulinektallen @rahamasadau @hauwamustaphababura @officialvictoria_h @aishayesufu @girls_voice_matter @sakinas_food_blog @aisha_i_babangida @aisha_kwaku_and_associates @aishaummi.garba @tiqimage @girlchildforum @deb_girlchildemp @girlchildconcerns @aishabellomatawalle @first_abbey @flourishheart_foundation @connected_dev @titilayo_ogunbambi @imanihelpfoundation @naptipnigeria @the_almajira @girls4developmentgoals @thenortherntherapist @nalaandmichfoundation @tagwayefoundation_ @awcei_ @leadersinheels @mallpaifoundation @hernetworkonline
