The major people fooled by the Nigeria agent in Finland were those of them that couldn't control their urge for war. These people believe that only war can get Biafra. Most of them sing war every night and day. They will be quick to tell you that freedom is taken and not given. They say it as if that is not a saying we all know about. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu knew that freedom is taken and not given, yet he formed IPOB and called it a non violent freedom movement. You think he is stupid to have maintained that?

Due to this one sided believe of theirs, when MNK was kidnapped the agent in Finland started telling them what they so much love to hear. That's why they started praising him and calling him fearless man. These men were too emotional to the extent they refused to ask questions. Questions like, do the agent in Finland has the authority to declare a war? Do he has enough men that will withstand Africa's barbarous populous nation? Do he has weapons? Or do he think wars are fought with AK47? Do he has the resources to fund war? Do he has the acceptance of the people? Do he has a movement that is worldwide like IPOB? Do he has ESN? Can he call out 10 thousand youths and they answer? The answer to this question is a no. Yet these guys kept sharing the nonentity who thinks war is funding gangs of crimînals to be kidnapping our people and tracing people exposing him to harm and kîll them. This is petty crime and not war. War is not a child's play you declare behind your keyboard or on YouTube while making money.

But this is not the most funny part of it. The most funny part of it is that the people shouting war war that time are all abroad. Only few are on ground. Non of them submitted their names as volunteers not to talk of having the courage to join ESN. But they will be shouting war up and down and be supporting a clôwn in Finland. Somehow you don't want to die, but you want war to erupt.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was abducted from Kenya and extraordinarily renditioned because he called for a referendum, in a legitimate exercise of his right to self determination, and he has been in solitary confinement for over a year now.

UPDATE ON OUR ROUTINE VISIT TO OUR INDEFATIGABLE CLIENT - ONYENDU MAZI NNAMDI KANU AT THE HEADQUARTERS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE SERVICES (DSS) ABUJA, TODAY, BEING THE 8TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2022:

Our Court-Ordered routine visit to our indefatigable Client - Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, was conducted today at the DSS Headquarters Abuja, where Onyendu is being held in solitary confinement for over a year now.

We had a very fruitful briefing with Onyendu, particularly on the update on his appeal pending before the Court of Appeal, Abuja. Onyendu’s substantive appeal before the Court of Appeal will be heard on the 11th day of October, 2022, and Onyendu is satisfied with the level of milestone so far covered, and which details are to remain private.

Consequently, Onyendu urged millions of his supporters, fans and UmuChineke to remain calm and purposeful, as they have always been.

Onyendu requested us to extend his greetings and love to you all, UmuChineke, while emphasizing the strong need for peaceful coexistence.

We remain profoundly grateful to you all, for your prayers, uncommon solidarity and support, particularly at this critical time. We do not take them for granted.

This is Khaled Mansour—the Southern Gaza Division Commander in the Islamic Jihad terrorist organization.

Last night, an IDF aircraft targeted and killed him.

Mansour led dozens of terror attacks against Israel over the years. But most recently, he carried out an anti-tank missile and rocket attack, and was responsible for planning a terror attack in Israel along the border with Gaza which was thwarted by the IDF.

Security expert and lawyer, Bulama Bukarti, on Friday said terrorist group Boko Haram has established a presence close to Abuja, the nation’s capital.

OFORNEDUM OKAFOR IS FREE AT LAST AFTER TWO YEARS IN CAPTIVITY:

Offornedum Okafor was arrested on the 23rd day of August, 2020, at Emene in Enugu East Local Government Area of Enugu State, alongside four others, while in a peaceful gathering.

He sustained a gunshot injury from the overzealous officers of the NIGERIA police that attacked their meeting place. He was therefater taken to the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, (UNTH) Ituku-Ozalla.
While receiving treatment at the said hospital, the men of the Nigeria Police came and whisked him away, not minding his poor state of health.

It is worthy of note, that while Offornedum Okafor was recuperating in the hospital, the other four persons he was arrested with, were arraigned in Charge No: CME/216C/2020 on offences bordering on murder of some unknown persons and treasonable felony.
The said Charge No: CME/216C/2020 was subsequently dismissed on our application,and the four accused persons discharged, for lack of proof of evidence.

On the 2nd day of October, 2020, the Ofornedum was arraigned in Charge No: CME/264C/2020 before the Enugu North Magistrate Court, on a three (3) Count trumped-up Charge bordering on Conspiracy to commit felony, Murder and membership of Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB). The Magistrate directed that he be remanded in the Correctional Centre, Enugu.

The men of the Nigeria Police feared that Offornedum would not survive from the gunshot injury, and in a bid to escape liability resulting from their action, they made away with the case file, and abandoned him in the Correctional Facility.

We consequently filed necessary applications before the Enugu State High Courts to secure his freedom .

Today, 28th day of July, 2022, while delivering Ruling on the said application filed on behalf of Offornedum Okafor in Motion No: E/454m/2021, a High Court sitting in Enugu per Hon. Justice Okpe directed for Ofornedum’s IMMEDIATE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE, which Order was promptly complied with.

We shall commence necessary action for the enforcement of the fundamental rights of Offornedum Okafor, grossly violated by the Nigeria Police.

Justice can only be delayed but not denied.
Our Augustine Ezeokeke Esq., who successfully handled this case, received Offornedum along with his family members who were at hand to reunite with him.
To God alone shall all the glory be ascribed unto.

Let me use this medium to advise Umuchineke to discountenance rumor mongers who are at it again.
Please Note that ONYENDU Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was never poisoned in the facility of the S.S.S.
Ignore the mischief makers, please.

Routine visit was conducted today and those who visited including my junior collegue in Chambers, spent quality time with ONYENDU.
