It's not a big deal, the suction valve in your radiator cover is stuck. If you open the radiator cover it would bounce back, just change the radiator cover with a brand new or used one that's okay.

Water or coolant coming inside your car floor? Two things can be responsible for that. Firstly, if it's coolant that is soaking your floor then the fault is from your ac evaporator, it has leakage from the inside.
Secondly, if it's water that is soaking on the front floor of your car then it could be that your ac drain plug has clogged up or your wind screen seal is faulty or the open roof drain plug has clogged up also.
