Watching this reminded me of back then in school.
One of my female lecturers used to educate us on the importance of exercising your tummy, especially as a woman.

She says is because when you start giving birth, it helps your tummy to go back to shape soon after giving birth.

Here are some highlights on this matter, guys:

Tummy exercise strengthens the core muscles, improving stability, balance, and overall physical performance.

It also helps to maintain better posture, reducing the risk of back pain and other related issues.

As you pursue your goals for the week, carefully imagine this: 👇 👇 👇

A soldier returns home a bit tipsy, and asks his wife for food.
While she prepares dinner, he goes to the bedroom to change his clothes and dropped his gun on the bed.

While eating at the dinning, he remembers his gun is loaded with bullet, and the safety is off.

He rushes back to the room only to find his 3 year old son playing with the gun.
The child was struggling to lift the gun & coincidentally aimed the gun at his dad, just the same time he walked into the room.
The soldier gets scared as the child unknowingly places his finger on the trigger.

Now the question is "Should the soldier be afraid, after all, he's a trained soldier & the child is just very little to understand what a gun even means?"

You may say the soldier's human, so he obviously should be afraid.

However, The soldier isn't afraid of the little boy. He's afraid of the rifle in the hands of the boy. He's afraid that one careless pull at the trigger could end his life. He's isn't concerned about the boy. He's only focused on getting the gun out of the boy's hands.

Now, do you know that........

👉That little boy is you (and me)...
👉The gun is your talent, your skill, your expertise, everything with which you can make impact...
However, without your skill or talent, you're not regarded relevant.

But when you've got a talent, or an experience or skill, you automatically become of value by solving people's problems in exchange for a reward.

People don't care about you. They only care about the 'gun' in your hand. That's what makes you valuable, that's what attracts people's attention to you.

So, stop belittling your potentials. Stop allowing distractions or mental limitations to hold you back.

Lolo Mbakara once said, don't borrow money to sponsor certain things in life.

I love the wedding part more. From experience, I can say for a fact that paying off a wedding loan can strain your finances so much that you find it even difficult to save for other important life events, like buying landed properties, or even raising children.

Worst part is that these loans come with interest, which means you'll end up paying more than the original amount borrowed. This can really be a burden, esp, if the loan has a high interest rate or if it takes a long time to repay.

By all means, try to always be in a space where strategies and secrets for growth is being discussed. It's always fun rubbing minds & sharing ideas with people with potentials. Trust me, your mindset will never remain the same.

💥One important point that was made......"Have a budget for your personal development, and be intentional about it".

If possible, have a separate bank account where all the money that goes in there is strictly for personal development.

From that Money,

✅You can buy video trainings

Personal development is not what you do whenever you like. It should become a regular lifestyle for you. It's something that is COMPULSORY for your growth generally.

What To Do If You're Not Making Hitting Your Desired Target Yet... 🤔🤔💥💥

The week is still fresh, so, hear me out first, then you can decide.

What I’m about to disclose is a model that has helped me & so many others in this online space.

Of course, I know it isn't for everyone..

But the very few who would take up this challenge will be so happy they did.

So if you are ready for this, you need to grab a pen & jotter asap.

Let's goooo........ ✍️✍️✍️

✅First, you need to set an achievable income goal for yourself over the next 3-6 months.

✅ Then, you figure out the things you need to achieve this goal.

✅Then, you choose & focus on one high income skill (just one; eg Facebook ads, video editing, graphics design, web design google/YouTube ads,etc)

✅ Once a skill has been picked, next is to shut out every form of distractions.

✅Dedicate 2 hours every freaking day studying and implementing. (Now, this part might appear very difficult, but if you're determined to make a drastic change in your life generally, you need to take this seriously)

✅ Next, you must be very selfish with your time. Remember you have a target to reach.

✅ Also, you must be ruthless with implementations.

✅ Then, as much as possible, you must reduce the amount of time you spend on social media.

Meanwhile, You can do this no matter the stage you are in right now.☺️☺️

Whether you’ve been making money online or you’ve never made a dime, it really doesn’t matter.

Look....🖐️🖐️🖐️

If you’re truly happy where you are financially, then, you don’t have to do this, after all, you don’t need growth or progress...

However, if you’re eager to see a significant increase in your financial status, then I dare you to take this challenge very serious...
