A recent graduate of the University of Benin (UNIBEN) was beãť en, r@ ped, and k!!illed by unknown assail!!ants who abandoned her c00rpse on the road.

Adekolure Idowu Glory had completed her program in UNIBEN and visited the school to process her clearance.

On her way home on Thursday, June 13, 2024, the 22-year-old was att@ acked by unknown assail!!ants who b£ at her up, r@ ped her, and k!!illed her, leaving her c00rpse close to her family's home in Iyowa community, Benin, Edo State.

She was bl££ding from her pr!!ivate part when she was found and marks on her b00dy indicated she had been brú tally bë aten.

Her b00dy has been deposited in the morgue.

HAPPENED IN ABA 👇

A doctor in his late 60s had an emergency in the hospital and decided to risk his life to save a life but he was stopped by Soldiers even after introducing himself, the angry soldiers decided to vent their anger on him by destroying his car, claiming He was a security threat.

A medical doctor who is almost 70yrs is a security threat in my dear country.

Imagine if He was going to attend to survivors amongst those soldiers shot by unknown people or citizens who got injured while running?

Sincerely that doctor deserved better but then, Nigeria happened to him. Inasmuch I understand their anger because of their colleagues who were unfortunate victims but why going after a very wrong person?

GOV OTTI COMMISERATES WITH ARMY OVER DEATH OF SOLDIER IN ABA, URGES RESIDENTS TO REMAIN CALM

The Governor of Abia State, His Excellency Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, has been made aware of an incident that occurred at the Milverton area of Aba, on Friday evening, involving men of the Nigeria Army and some criminal elements.

The incident, according to the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Homeland Security, Mr. Chukwunenye Alajemba, left a soldier dead and another wounded, and currently receiving treatment at a hospital.

The Governor wishes to commiserate with the Nigeria Army over this unfortunate occurrence and commends the officers and men of the force for exercising restraint in the face of this unprovoked attack.

He specifically thanked the Commander 14 Brigade, Ohafia, Brigadier General O.O. Diya, for his prompt intervention and ensuring that peace continues to prevail in the city of Aba.

Governor Otti by this statement calls on the general public to remain calm and advices residents to go about their lawful businesses without fear, and to cooperate with relevant security agencies by providing them with useful information as they work to fish out the perpetrators of this heinous attack.
