Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri Commissions 100-Housing Unit FMBN/NLC/NUC/NECA Estate in Adamawa

The Executive Governor, Adamawa State, Rt Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, on Monday, 16th January 2023, commissioned the 100 housing-unit estate built under the National Affordable Housing Delivery Program for Nigerian Workers.

The program is a historic collaboration between the FMBN, the Nigeria Labor Congress (NLC), Trade Union Congress (TUC), and the Nigeria Employers' Consultative Association (NECA).

Adamawa state is one of the eight project locations FMBN, NLC, TUC, and NECA have scheduled to commission 1,071 homes Under phase One of the National Affordable Housing Delivery Programme.

The house types are based on proven social housing models and comprise one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units, with prices ranging from N3.1M to N8.3M.
