According to People, a source said Khloe is back with her NBA player baby daddy and is "beyond happy" and "hopes that Tristan has changed" so they can continue to be together.



The source said,"She loves having him around. He has the best relationship with True,



"And he has been amazing to Khloe too. They are very much together and Khloe is beyond happy."



The source added, "They have been living in kind of a bubble and Khloe enjoys it."



The report goes on to suggest that Khloe and Tristan's relationship will be tested when the NBA season starts back up again.



"Tristan's traveling was always a concern. This is when he would mess up their relationship," the source explained.



However, a rep for the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star told Daily Mail that the reports that they are back together are "not true" and that Khloe, 36, is simply enjoying co-parenting with Tristan, 29.



It comes as Tristan was spotted out in Calabasas on Sunday picking up three pizzas, reportedly for Khloe and True who he's been living with amid the coronavirus pandemic.

For the dinner date, the ex-Real Madrid looked suave in a pair of grey trousers and a navy t-shirt which he paired with white sneakers, while his partner rocked a tight blue dress with white kneels.



The couple was joined for dinner by fellow Portuguese star, Jose Semedo, who played with Ronaldo at Sporting Lisbon.

Tope Akinyode, lawyer to detained Nigerian soldier Lance Corporal Martins Idakpini has accused the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Tukur Buratai of disobeying a court order.



Recall that Justice AI Chikere of the Federal High Court in Abuja who presided over the Lance Corporal's case, had ruled that it was unlawful for the army who are detaining Idakpini for criticizing the COAS from seeing his lawyer and family.



Tope Akinyode has however now accused Buratai and the Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami of disobeying the court order which granted the soldier access to his lawyer and his family. He added that disobedience to court order by the military is a COUP D'ETAT on Nigeria's democracy.



The human rights activist and National President of Revolutionary Lawyers' Forum tweeted;



Tukur Brutai, Chief of Staff Shamelessly Disobeys Court Order Over Lance Corporal Martins' Case On 22nd July 2020, after I argued an Ex parte motion, the Federal High Court, Abuja ordered the to grant a detained Soldier, Lance Corporal Martins Immediate access to his lawyer, wife and relatives.

Justice AI Chikere agreed with me that at any rate, it is a continuous breach of the detained Soldier's fundamental human rights to be denied access to his lawyer and family.

So the Court ordered the Respondents- the Chief of Army Staff and the Attorney General of the Federation to give way and allow Lance Corporal Martins access to his lawyer and wife.

After 3 attempts, Buhari's appointees, Brutai and the AGF have brazenly disobeyed the valid order of the Federal High Court.

Last week Wednesday, after the 2nd attempt to see Lance Corporal Martins failed, I placed a phone call through to the AGF to inform him of the development.

The AGF, Malami SAN told me that he has seen the court order I served on him and has minuted on it for action. That the public holiday could affect compliance but I should check back with him after the holiday.

I reached the AGF yesterday and told him I'll be visiting the Army headquarters to ensure compliance, but again, I was rebuffed on the 3rd attempt to see Lance Corporal Martins.

There's clearly no doubt that Buhari lacks respect for court orders and the rule of law and this shameful and pathetic occurrence is being embraced by his appointees.

Brutai is waging a war on Nigeria's constitutional democracy. Disobedience to court order by the military is a COUP D'ETAT on Nigeria's democracy.

Brutai is actively taking steps to return Nigeria to the dark era of military jaunta. This must stop!

Kanye West has filed to be on Arkansas' presidential ballot and has listed Michelle Tidball, a Wyoming life coach as his vice president.



According to TMZ, the rapper, 43, added his newly confirmed vice presidential running mate Michelle Tidball to the petition as he submitted the 1,000 required signatures before the noon deadline on Monday August 3.



A spokesperson for the Arkansas Secretary of State confirmed to TMZ that Kanye's campaign turned in the needed 1,000 signatures to qualify for the November election ballot.



The forms were reportedly turned in just 15 minutes before the Arkansas' noon deadline.



West has now officially listed Tidball West as his Vice President candidate after mentioning that Tidball will be his running mate back in July.



Tidball is a 57-year-old white woman and a scholar of religious studies at the University of Wyoming. She runs an online Bible study, works in a dental office, and is a self-described "biblical life coach" who charges $65 for a 50-minute one-on-one session.



There are reports that Kanye is also trying to get on the presidential ballot in Ohio as the Wednesday deadline approaches and will need by 5,000 signatures by Wednesday August 5, at 5 pm to qualify.

Anthony Joshua will fight his mandatory IBF challenger Kubrat Pulev in December to defend his three world heavyweight titles, according to boxing promoter Eddie Hearn.



The pair were due to face each other at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on June 20 but the coronavirus pandemic forced the clash to be canceled.



A new date for the clash has not to been announced yet but it's likely going down in December with London's O2 Arena as a possible location.



Speaking with ESPN, Hearn said: “We know AJ’s only going to fight once this year, so we want to give ourselves the best opportunity to bring in a crowd, and that would obviously be the later the better.”



“But it’s still not a gimme at all. There’s still a very strong chance that AJ will have to fight behind closed doors.



“Bearing in mind he’s only going to fight once this year, I just feel as we might as well give ourselves every chance to have a crowd and that will be the first weekend of December.



“Their regulations comply with the government, so at the moment they’re closed.



”So they would need to open up. We’d need to get an understanding from the government what is allowed in arenas. Are you going to open at 50 percent [capacity]? Are you going to open up 100 percent? There’s a lot of work that has to go into that with the government and the O2 (Arena).”



Joshua, 30, won back his WBA, WBO, and IBF world heavyweight titles when he beat Andy Ruiz Jr in their rematch in December 2019.



After his clash with Pulev clash, the British-Nigerian heavyweight champion will face WBC champion, Tyson Fury, in a British heavyweight showdown.

The Ogun state government has announced that the COVID-19 test for returning students which was earlier pegged at N25, 000 per student, is now free.



Recall that parents of the students of private schools in the state staged a peaceful protest on Sunday, August 2, after they were informed that the test which is mandatory for all returning student, would cost N25, 000.



A statement from the state governor, Dapo Abiodun, announcing the reversal reads

The State has been very apprehensive about the issue of school opening even for exit students. Data from other countries, where schools have resumed show that community transmission in school environments is a major concern. Even countries with strongerhealth care facilities than ours are being very cautious.

In line with the Federal Ministry of Education recommendation and WASSCE timetable, we decided to open our schools on the 4thAugust 2020 for SS3 students only. We put in place guidelines that would ensure that our students resume in a safe environment.

In our pre-opening engagements with stakeholders, opening of boarding houses was discussed. Our State has one of the largest population of boarding students in the country, coming from all over the Country. After consultations with health professionals, we concluded that testing the children for COVID-19 before admittance will reduce the risk of community transmission. This is to reassure parents and even teachers of the safety of everybody concerned.

The State planned and provided testing, free of charge, for boarding students in our public schools and allowed for the management and parents of private schools to make their arrangements to get COVID tests. The two Ogun State run laboratories have a capacity for about 500 tests a day and conduct free tests for traced contacts or symptomatic patients. To meet the additional demand for the expected number of boarding students, the statement from the Ogun State Ministry of Education, Science and Technology listed some private test centers which set up sampling points in some of our Health facilities.

These private laboratories have been accredited by NCDC and Lagos State Government for walk-in tests and charge N50,400 per test but I understand that the Ministries of Health and Education negotiated this to N25,000 for boarding students in private schools that may wish to use them. There is no financial benefit to the State Government.

After reviewing these developments, I have today immediately directed that the Government Laboratories carry out test for all returning SS3 boarding students at no cost. I have also directed that all those who have paid for tests be refunded.

The health of our children remains our utmost priority, however in view of the total number of boarding students to be tested (5,340private and 500 public), and bearing in mind the limitation of our installed testing capacity of 500 tests per day, it may not be feasible for all boarding students to get tested and get their results prior to resumption or even exams which commence on 17th August 2020.

Consequently the State Government has therefore stepped down the COVID-19 test as a mandatory requirement for returning students in our exit classes. We therefore enjoin Private School owners to exercise their duty of care to their pupils. The admittance of students into boarding house in private secondary schools will be at the discretion of the management and the Parents Teachers Association (PTA) of such private schools.

Ogun State Government recommends that students who do not have to stay in the boarding house should attend school from home, especially those with underlying health conditions.

I have also directed the provision of face masks to all students in both private and public schools.

Former Abia state governor and Senate Chief Whip, Orji Uzor Kalu, has come out to explain his link with some of the projects executed by the Niger Delta Development Commission NDDC.



Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Godswill Akpabio, in a letter sent to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, listed Kalu as one of the beneficiaries of the contracts awarded by the NDDC. According to the letter, Kalu was linked to the emergency repairs on five road projects in Abia state ranging from N517m to N560m.



However, in a statement released by his media aide, Emeka Nwala, Kalu said the road projects linked to him was strictly based on his intervention when the community leaders with the affected roads approached him to use his influence to get the roads repaired. According to Kalu, he only approached NDDC to get the roads fixed.



His statement read:



“I was Governor of Abia State between 1999-2007 and never held any public office until June 11, 2019 when I was sworn in as a Senator. Between 2016-2018 during my tour to several communities; leaders and welfare unions of most communities pleaded for urgent intervention on some dilapidated roads.

I wrote to the NDDC informing the body of the conditions of these roads and the need for their attention since Abia is an NDDC state. The NDDC in their consideration which I am very grateful to, awarded the roads to companies that duly tendered for the projects and not myself. Whatever link I have with the projects is because it was considered due to my intervention.

The contractors have completed and delivered these roads long time ago except Abam-Atani road which I learnt from the contractors was slowed down due to rain but still ongoing.

Meanwhile, it would interest Nigerians to know that the contractors who built these roads have not been paid any dime . It has not been easy with the contractors but because it’s a community project they have only but kept hope alive on the NDDC.”
