Following the release of his debut studio album “Mirrors; Deluxe Edition”. Efi Cruise is here with another track titled ‘Bayside Riddim’.

Indegenous to the people of the Bayside in Calabar is ‘Konkoma’ music, which is usually played with just percussion and the voices.
With this record; the artist is looking to introduce his audience to this indigenous sound. However; some familiar instruments like the keyboard, guitars and a percussive bassline have been added to the production. With Efi’s unique vocal performing technique, the record does not end up sounding overly unorthodox.

The song, at some points has the famed track ‘Kolop Chop’, performed most recently by King Zero Boy of the South-Central Band playing in the background.
