TOPIC: "WHERE IS MY HONOUR?”
TEXT: Mal. 1:6-7
REF(S): Gen. 6:8-9; 12:1-3; 39:1-6

INTRODUCTION: Honour is the concept that encompasses various aspects, having different dimension. Honour consist of loyalty, respect, obedience and commitment.

The question here today, where is God's honour in our character?, in conduct, in discussion, in our place of work? "A master honours his servant and a servant honours his Master". In this case, God is our Master. Biblical characters that honours God includes;
• Noah (Gen. 6:8-9)
• Abraham (Gen. 12:1-3)
• Job
• Joseph (Gen. 39:1-6)
• The wise men
• The widow (Romans 12:41)

Honouring God brings the following attributes;
• Blessings
• Sent his Angels to encamp around us
• Put our enemies to shame
• Makes our ways straight
• Brings deliverance

You can give God honour, by being;
• Obedience
• Committed
• Loyal
• Respectful
• By remembering his ways
• By avoiding fight and gossip
• To forsake any other God
• By exercising good character and attitude

CONCLUSION: God is a provider and protector, therefore He deserve our honour as our Master.
Brethren in the Lord,we should live a Christ-like life and exhibit Godly behavior in our community at large by doing so we give God honour and in return He will bless us abundantly.

CALABAR FIELD WOMEN MOVEMENT HOST 2021 RALLY.

Today was yet another wonderful day as the women in calabar field beautiful adorned in their Uniform stormed the Convention Akim, Odukpani LGA for the 2021 edition of their Rally.

The event featured the following activities:
*Group song - Akim Zone
*Short testimony - Akamkpa zone.

*Explain in few minutes why eve was defeated by the serpent with advice to today Christian women. - musaha zone.

*Briefly expound rules of belief no 8. Betem zone.

*Give reasonable points on how Christian women should live with one another for peace to reign in the church - Ikot Effanga Mkpa Zone.

*Short testimony - Edgerley Zone.
Amongst others.

In a brief word of exhortation by The Calabar Field Superintendent Pastor Dominic Efanga JP, he charged the women on the IMPORTANCE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT with these few points;

- We need the Holy spirit for conviction ( John 16:7-11)

- We need the Holy spirit for regeneration ( John 3:1-3)

- We need the Holy spirit for communion and true fellowship with others ( John 4:14)

- We need the Holy spirit for consolation ( John 14:16)

- We need the Holy spirit for revelation ( 1 Cor. 2:9)

- We need the Holy spirit for demonstration ( 1 Cor. 2:4)

- We need the Holy spirit for sanctification ( Romans 8:13)

- We need the Holy spirit for glorification

N/B: If the Holy spirit was not a necessity, Jesus Christ would not have told his disciples that he would ask the father for the Holy spirit, so we should pray fervently and ask God for the Holy spirit to comfort, guide and teach us.

The event also featured 911 dance by the women movement, collection of home dues and vote of thanks by the Field women leader, Pastor J. I. Enya.

TACN YOUTH MOVEMENT LAUNCHES NYSC COORDINATION PORTAL FOR APOSTOLIC CHURCH YOUTHS

Plans have been concluded to kickstart the first Apostolic Church Nigeria Corpers Fellowship(TACNCF) for serving Youth Corp members throughout the country.

Speaking after official launching of the NYSC Portal, the National Youth Leader of TACN, Apostle (Barr.) Samuel Inyang stated that the NYSC Coordination Scheme is a special platform created by the Youth Movement of the church to galvanize Apostolic Youths, provide welfare services and support, as well as integrate them into the glorious vision of the church during their service year.

Sequel to this novel development, Apostle Inyang has admonished all Apostolic Youths who are Prospective Corp Members, to avail themselves of this golden opportunity during their service year by registering on the portal (www.nysc.tacnyouth.org). He equally appreciated the National Executive Council of the Church, led by the National President, Apostle S. E. Igwe, himself a lover of youths for their kind approval to set up the Scheme.

It could be recalled that the Directorate of NYSC Affairs was earlier inaugurated by the National Youth Leader, Apostle (Barr.) S. B. Inyang in April 2021, with Pastor Seyi Osuntayo as the National Director.

Other members of the Directorate include: Elder Sunday Oluwole; Apostle Iyke Iheakaghchi; Elder Friday Ofem; Elder Nsidibe Innocent Inyang; Brother Friday Ndiigbo; Elder Isaac Ameobi; Elder Bola Ogunkola; Pastor Solomon Atanda and Brother Otobong Ite.
