Don't wait until you feel unwell before going to the hospital, try making it an habit to visit the hospital at least every month end to check these;
Your Blood Sugar level
Your PCV (Blood level)
BLOOD PRESSURE (VERY IMPORTANT) so once you are not well ,you know the normal from the abnormal or vi's a vi's

Some doesn't even know their weight and height ,please visit the hospital for check ups more often ,it will do you alot of good.

To all the pregnant women out there, please don't play with your health and that of your unborn baby, book for antenatal sessions and attend as at when due,carry out every necessary test written out for you by your Doctor,. Eat a balance diet no matter how the hike in food stuffs,baby n u needs to eat and stay healthy, drink alot of water,eat fruits and vegetables n maintain a good personal hygiene and also be prayerful for u n ur baby
