Bag Making: Our vibrant learners are immersed in the art of bag making, infusing creativity and precision into every stitch. The designs are coming to life, showcasing a fusion of flair and finesse. 🎒

Bar Soap Making: The journey to becoming natural soap artisans is in full swing! With locally sourced materials from Nigeria, students are crafting eco-friendly soaps adorned with unique textures and enchanting scents. The transformation from raw ingredients to exquisite bars is captivating. 🧼

Photography: Our budding shutterbugs continue to blossom. Armed with newfound skills, they're capturing moments and emotions through their lenses, imprinting their unique perspectives into every click. 📸

With almost 80 eager learners on board, the program is thriving. Their dedication and enthusiasm shine bright in each skill they embrace. We're thrilled to announce that exciting exhibitions are on the horizon, where they'll proudly showcase their work. Furthermore, potential collaborations with local businesses are being explored, offering them a chance to step into the professional world. 🚀

RAK Development Foundation is inviting young people to a 2-month training on bag making, bar soap making, and photography. The training will be held from August to September, from 10 am to 3 pm, Mondays to Wednesdays.

The training is open to young people who are interested in learning new skills and starting their own businesses. The training will be led by experienced instructors and will cover all aspects of the three courses, including:

Bag making: Participants will learn how to make a variety of bags
Bar soap making: Participants will learn how to make a variety of soaps
Photography: Participants will learn how to take photos, edit photos, and use photography to start their own business.

RAK Development Foundation Donates Items to Anglican Primary School

Our children are back to school after the mid-term holidays and also the Democracy Day holiday.

RAK Development Foundation was also back to work helping the children of Anglican Primary School, Igbanko Imeke to settle faster by providing them with back-to-school items that include books and school bags for all the pupils.

It was a great time hanging out with the children and enjoying the innocence of their communication, questions, and answers.
Their smiles and happiness are real encouragement.

We use this opportunity to call on more well-wishers to be more invested in the quality of education our children are getting in their schools. As a foundation, we are invested in educational programs across the educational spectrum - from creche to tertiary.

We hope that more people would empower our children to get the best of their elementary education where the foundations that last their lifetimes are built.

This project is in line with SDG Number Four - Quality Education.
