This is where you will be trained in major and critical aspects of Criminology, Community Policing and how to apply it to real life problems, so as to bring about practical solutions.

You will be learning how to use Criminology and Security to make contributions to the development of Nigeria , Africa and the global society.

The network is also design to provide students, graduates and Practitioners of Criminology and Security studies with 21st century relevant skills in this 21st century.

The overriding goal is to provide job-creators, even before you graduate, especially as private-security providers, community security organization/ firms to rapidly expanding world

Our philosophy and objective;

The main thrust of Applied Criminology Network is to instill in students, graduates and Practitioners of Criminology and Security studies the "total" knowledge they need in order to apply to solve problems of crimes and insecurity, and to improve human conditions in their various societies and in the global Communities.

The major objectives of this Command on this Study Criminology Network are as follows;

💥 To provide students,graduates with broad and balanced knowledge and methods of this discipline to enable them possess both a critical mind and a sense of purpose .

💥To cultivate in students the ability to rationally apply their knowledge and skills of this discipline to the understanding and solutions of social problems in Nigeria and other countries .

💥To Nurture Criminology students, graduates and Criminology enthusiast with the skills and strategic knowledge they need to really make it big in this field .

💥To prepare students, graduates and Practitioners for the acquisition and demonstration of competencies in Communication, interpersonal and other correlated skills.

A young man identified as Abubakar Sadeek was beaten to death yesterday by soldiers at Farin Gada area for driving after the 10 pm curfew in Jos.
The young man who is a commercial driver was accosted by the military men and brought down from the vehicle where he was beating with a stick.
All entreaties to get him released fell on deaf ears until he was brought to Katako police station this morning.
Sadeek who lives in Ungwar Rimi is survived by a wife and four children. This is sad, condemnable and reprehensible.
May God grant him paradise. Ameen/ Amen.
