Members of the United Anambra Youth Assembly ,U-AYA and United Anambra Women Assembly, U-AWA today, 20th of July, 2023 toured Ayamelum Local Government Area to sensitize its members from Ward levels inline with the association's ideal principles of the group and in support of the APGA led government in the State, led by Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, CFR
Recall that the group leadership had last week met across the State where it was resolved to embark on Local Government tour across the 21 Council areas of the state after which they shall carry out her congresses.
Receiving the team at the Council headquarters, Anaku, the Transition Committee Chairman of Ayamelum Local Government, Hon. Livinus Onyenwe commended the group for its proactive engagement in grassroots mobilization, sensitization and empowerment, adding that the association which he is a member has impacted meaningfully towards youth participation in governance and commended the founder / National President of the association, Hon. Benjamin C Obidigwe, (Akaoma Jide Aku) for his an all inclusive political engagement of youths and women in the State and assured the association of his support towards achieving a prosperous and Liveable homeland mantra of Mr. Governor
Speaking at the occasion, Hon. Obidigwe who was represented by Hon. Anthony Nwakeze and members of the state working committee, emphasised that the association shall continue to support the APGA government in the state and urged members to always identify with the numerous youth empowerment opportunities of the Soludo's administration and commended the Governor for his massive quality road constructions across the State, adding that the Governor's second term has been made easier through his infrastructural development amongst others.

In view of its resolve towards grassroots oriented approach to politics and governance in all its ramifications, the United Anambra Youth Assembly, (U-AYA) and United Anambra Women Assembly, (U-AWA) today, 9th July, 2023 held a crucial meeting involving its Local Governments Chairmen and Coordinators, including Stakeholders and Media Directors across the State.
The meeting which was called and chaired by the Founder and National Leader of the association , Hon Benjamin C Obidigwe (Akaoma Jide Aku), came as a result of the need to intensify efforts towards a more solid and integrated youth mobilization approach to politics and governance and support for the APGA government in Anambra state led by Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, CFR
In doing this, the association announced its plans to conduct congresses at the Ward Levels, Local Governments, State and National levels which is aimed at harmonizing its grassroots structures, formalising and redirecting its ideological perspectives, as well as its strategic adjustments for the continuity of the APGA government in Anambra State.
Addressing the group at his Awka residence today, Chief Obidigwe noted without any iota of equivocation that Gov.Soludo has since the inception of his administration maintained a strong will towards the development of the state through his commitment to quality infrastructural development and human capital development and urged the people of the state to always understand the importance of their identity as Ndi Igbo which the APGA government represents in the interest of the people.
As part of the interactive session during the meeting, reports were sought from various Local Governments and Ward Levels as regards the political standing and solutions were equally provided to few identifiable leadership imbalances in few areas .
In few days to come , the official timetable for various congresses shall be made available in all the association's social media platforms.

Let me say this for the umpteen TIME, Hon. Chief Chinedu Obidigwe of APGA representing the good people of Anambra East and West Federal Constituency is ever ready at all times to listen and attend to the needs of his people. This has been amongst his priorities and will continue to be.

The most effective and most performing Member Representing Anambra East and West Federal Constituency in Abuja, Hon Benjamin C Obidigwe , Akaoma Jide Aku this evening felicitated with the entire people of Eziagulu Aguleri on the occasion of this year's Olili Onwa Isaa / Ikenga Eziagulu Aguleri Festival.
Obidigwe who were represented by his team led by Hon. Anthony Nwakeze ,Nchala. Chief Nnamdi Ikeli , Chiboy Somudi ,Etc during the occasion delivered a special message of peace and unity amongst the communities in Aguleri and its environs and called for support on developmental initiatives even as he urge Ndi Eziagulu to continue to promote cultures and traditions that enhances peaceful coexistence in the society.
The event featured special exhibition and display which include local wrestling competitions, various masquerades and traditional musical competitions amongst others.

The Founder and National President of United Anambra Youth Assembly, U-AYA and United Anambra Women Assembly, U-AWA, Hon. Chief Benjamin C Obidigwe (Akaoma Jide Aku ) who also is the Member Representing Anambra East and West Federal Constituency in Abuja met with the local government chairmen and cordinators of U-AYA and U-AWA across the 21 local government areas of Anambra State where he motivated them in his usual political inclusive strategy.
Presiding over the all important meeting today in Awka, the capital of Anambra State, Obidigwe noted that the meeting is in line with the tradition of the group to meet regularly towards the re-organization and re-integration of its manifestos, policies and programs towards a more United political mobilization and consolidation equally charged them to use its grassroot capacity and wide network towards supporting all APGA candidates and ensure that they emerge victorious in the forthcoming 2023 general elections which he emphatically stressed its vitality in the political expansion of APGA.
While appreciating the efforts of the association and its sustainability as a non- governmental organization for a decade now , the Federal Lawmaker maintained in a strong dimension the need to continue to support the APGA government in the state led by Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo towards the realisation of a liveable and prosperous homeland mantra of Mr Governor.
Observing the place of harmony, the U-AYA and U-AWA leader emphasised on the need to maintain peace and unity in our various political structures before and after the forthcoming poll, adding that no form of anti party activities shall be tolerated irrespective of any cogent or urgent reasons and mandated for an immediate meetings of the structure across board in order to achieve the required victory needed in 2023 and beyond.

Obidigwe calls for urgent intervention by federal agencies
Obidigwe visits the IDP in Ayamelum, Anambra East & West.
Flood is gradually becoming a constant menace every year in riverine areas. People are rendered homeless and helpless.
Helpless was not the case as Hon. Chief Benjamin Chinedu Obidigwe (Akaoma ji de Aku) member representing Anambra East and West at the Federal House of Representatives, visited the internally displaced persons in different communities of Anambra East, Anambra West and Ayamelum to give the much needed spirit-lifting support. These communities are Umueri, Otu Aguleri, Igbakwu, Aguleri, Ifite-Ogwari and Umueje.
Hon. Obidigwe, described the incident as unfortunate but assured them of his continues and quality representation that will providing a lasting solution to flood in their communities.
Speaking to the IDPs, Akaoma stated that he has called on federal government to dredge the Omambala river to a reasonable depth or rather construct a dam to control the menace of flood in those areas.
He reaffirmed his continuous good representation at federal House of reps and assured them of more support from National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) and the state government of Prof. Charles Soludo Administration.
He further urged the people to massively support APGA as it has been the only party that has always come to their aid, both in good and bad times. APGA is our own and has been on the forefront of good governance. The masses were urged to vote massively for APGA at all levels.
These people expressed their immense joy that Hon. Chief Benjamin Chinedu Obidigwe (Akaoma jide Akụ) and his entourage has once again come to their aid. In happiness they thanked Akaoma for his support, while also pleading on the federal government to listen to the voice of Obidigwe to dredge the Omambala river or construct a damn to put an end to the flood menace.

Tears Of Joy Amongst Residents Of Eziagulu Otu Community As Federal Lawmaker Obidigwe Commence Parliative Work On The Road Leading To Eziagulu Otu Community -- Promised To Extend Parliative Work To Boundary Between Eziagulu -Otu And Enugu Otu Community To Enable The People Of Enugu Otu/ Nkpunando Have Smoth Access To Their Communities Pending The Commercement Of The Ongoing Road Construction By The State Government. The People of Eziagulu Otu Community in Anambra East Local Government this afternoon expressed their satisfaction with tears of joy in appreciation to Hon.
