The assassination attempt on the distinguished Senator is quite despicable and condemnable.

HON UMEOJI MOURNS HAPPINESS UMENNE, CONDOLES HON SUNNY UMENNE AND THEIR ENTIRE FAMILY

Earlier today, the distinguished Member Representing Aguata Federal Constituency at the Green Chambers of the National Assembly and 2023 APC Standard Bearer for Anambra South joined the family of Hon. Sunny Cn Umenne (PDP Chairman Aguata Local Government) at Umudim Awarasi, Uga in Aguata LGA of Anambra State to pay mourn and pay respect to Late Mrs. Obianuju Happiness Umenne.

Commiserating with Hon. Sunny Umenne whom the deceased prior to her sudden demise was the wife of his cousin, OBA Aguata noted that the passing away of Mrs. Happiness Umenne remains a big loss to everyone but acknowledged that the almighty God knows the best and can't be questioned. He admonished Hon. Sunny and the entire Umenne family to take heart and seek solace in Christ knowing that God has perfect plans for everyone.

He prayed the almighty to grant the deceased eternal rest and the family she left behind, the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

MY LATE FATHER HAD A VERY GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR FAMILY, HON UMEOJI NOTES AS HE CONDOLES AFAMATION AND THE ENTIRE EZENWAFOR FAMILY

The Federal Lawmaker Representing the good people of Aguata Federal Constituency at the Green Chambers of the National Assembly and the 2023 APC standard bearer for Anambra South, Rt. Hon Chukwuma Umeoji (OBA Aguata) was at Ula village, Ekwulobia to commiserate with Afam Ezenwafor (Afamation) and his family over the demise of their uncle, Late Nze Sylvester Ugochukwu Ezenwafor whose remains was interred yesterday.

While commiserating with the grieving family, Hon. Umeoji noted that his Late father had a very good relationship with their family and described the passing away of Nze Ugochukwu Ezenwafor as also his loss. He admonished the entire family of Ezenwafor to seek solace in the quality of life their late uncle lived as he described his passing unto glory as ‘’Celebration of Life Well Spent’’. He prayed for the peaceful repose of the deceased and to the family he left behind, the fortitude to bear the loss.

…Hon Chukwuma Umeoi Joins His Diocese, Catholic Diocese of Ekwulobia (CADEK) for Holy Mass and Reception of the Newest and Youngest Nigerian Cardinal

It was a transport of delight as the Federal Lawmaker Representing the good people of Aguata Federal Constituency and the APC standard bearer for Anambra South, Rt. Hon Chukwuma Umeoji KSJI joins his diocese, the Catholic Diocese of Ekwulobia (CADEK) in Reception Holy Mass to celebrate their illustrious son and Bishop, His Eminence, Peter Ebere Cardinal Okpaleke (Ph.D) who was among the 20 new cardinals, created and inducted into the college of cardinals at the 2022 Cardinal Consistory in St. Basilica Rome on the 27th of August, 2022 by His Holiness, Pope Francis.

The image maker of Ndigbo in the National Assembly who graced the special occasion with a strong delegation of his supporters extolled the humility, meekness, unwavering strength and faith of the newly created Cardinal who despite his rejection by the Ahiara Diocese of Imo State on the ground that he was not an indigene remained steadfast to his spiritual calling.

The federal lawmaker described Cardinal Okpalaeke as the rejected stone which has become the corner stone as His Eminence is currently the Head of the Catholic Church in Nigeria by virtue of being the only active Nigerian Cardinal and now eligible to be elected as POPE.

OBA Aguata congratulated His Eminence and prayed thus;

HON CHUKWUMA UMEOJI ATTENDS THE WEDDING OF SEN. SHETTIMA’S DAUGHTER IN MAIDUGURI

Earlier yesterday, Aguata Federal Lawmaker and frontline APC Senatorial Candidate for Anambra South, Rt. Hon Chukwuma Umeoji (OBA Aguata/DIKEORA NDIGBO ) joined the family of Senator Kashim Shettima, the APC Vice Presidential Candidate to witness the wedding Fatiha of their daughter, Fatima Kashim Shettima.

The wedding fatiha, between Fatima Kashim Shettima and her beau, Sadiq Ibrahim Bunu, which took place at the palace of the Shehu of Borno, was graced by dignitaries from all works of life across Nigeria, including President Muhammadu Buhari who was represented by his Chief of Staff, Professor Ibrahim Gambari, APC Presidential Candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Senate President, Ahmed Lawan, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Ahmed Idris Wase, amongst several Governors, National Assembly Members, Ministers, diplomats.

The Member representing Aguata Federal Constituency and APC Senatorial candidate for Anambra South senatorial Zone, Rt. Hon. Chukwuma Umeoji handed three projects to Achina Community in Aguata Local government of Anambra
State.
The Corpers Lodge, The Building for Bakery for women and A deep Water Borehole...
Hon Umeoji has in the past Constructed Market Stalls at the Oye Achina Market and four culverts for flood control in different locations in Achina.

The event kicked off with a Holy mass presided over by His Eminence, Cardinal Peter Okpalaeke at St.Peter's Secondary school, Achina in commemoration of St. PETER'S day and Sacrament of Confirmation to new students.

In His homily, Cardinal Okpalaeke charged the newly confirmed students to be of good behaviours and live Godly lifestyle as they have promised before God.

The Cardinal however, described Hon.Chukwuma Umeoji and the entire family of Late Sir Andy and late Lady Ngozi Umeoji as blessing to mankind and body of Christ.

While giving his brief speech in the church, Oba Aguata advised the students to take their studies serious and also advised the school management to improve the school academic curriculum by adding skills acquisition for self developmnt cm reliance which will help tackle the unemployment in our society.

Hon.Chukwuma Umeoji after the Holy Mass commissioned the Corper's lodge while His Lordship dedicated it.

An award of Honor was presented to Hon.Umeoji by the PTA of the school for the good work he is doing in the school.

We will not forget to tell you that Oba Aguata is an Old Boy of this same St.Peter's Secondary School Achina and his late father, Sir Andy Umeoji was once a principal of the school.

He also commissioned a Bakery Center built for rural Women Empowerment, where they can learn how to make confectioneries and related skills.

He also commissioned motorized water borehole project in Achina Town. This will undoubtedly tackle issues of water scarcity in that environment.

In their response and appreciation, President General of Achina Town Union, Hon. Henry Ezeuñara and the President of Achina women council thanked Oba Aguata for remembering their community with numerous projects which they described as first in history.

Ndi Aguata are indeed in safe hands with Oba Aguata!

Aguata Federal Lawmaker and frontline APC Senatorial Candidate for Anambra South, Rt. Hon Chukwuma Umeoji KSJI arrives St. Patrick’s Catholic Church Isuofia to join the funeral mass of Late Hon. Okechukwu Isaac Okoye (Okey Di Okey) who upon his sudden and gruesome demise was the Member Representing Aguata II State Constituency in the State Assembly.

May the Almighty God in His infinite Mercies accept his Peaceful and Loving Soul into his bosom, Amen 🙏🏾
