If you are finding it h@rd to sleep,look for any of these and take to boost your melatonin the sleep h0rmone:
-banana or boiled banana or it's peel drink
-warm milk
-walnut
-almond
-fresh tomatoes
-boiled bay leaves drink
-boiled soursop leaves drink etc

Nawooo! Since I went to the beach on 25th December,2024.My phone developed issues that I can't even manage to make use of it😭😭😭.you will notice it in the last two videos I posted,they were not clear at all because I used an improvised phone available to make the videos.
Now I see that my December is not decembing🤔🤔🤣🤣🤣
I really need to be thought ooo on how a December should be decembing.
May be I will stop going to the beach.
Me that loves nature very much.

Me: yes

Meanwhile,palm oil in the b@by pap can fortify its nutrients,it helps to b00st |mmuñe and br@|ñ!devel0pment of b@by.
Then if a nursing mother takes it too it helps in pr0duction of bwees milk!!

Please if you do add salt too in the baby pap
Stop it bc their system can't process it at that tender stage!!!
