Why we should vote Ukodhiko for reps
One of the cardinal points pastor (Engr.) Jonathan Ajirioghene Ukodhiko spent time emphasizing on during his consultational visits to party stakeholders to garner sufficient support before the primary elections, was one of his most cherished political action plans of 'inclusive representation'.
With sky touching passion and utmost sincerity, Ukodhiko in the course of reaching out to stalwarts of the PDP for their support; on numerous occasions spoke emphatically about his envisioned inclusive representation model, where critical stakeholders of Isoko Federal Constituency, representing the political, cultural and religious backgrounds will be carried along before certain delicate decisions or actions bothering on the collective interest or development of the Isoko people will be taken.
His envisioned kind of representation for the Isoko people is broad and robust, one that is based on genuine intentions, modelled to reflect the cravings of the Isoko people, which will engender new forms of political and socio-economic development through inclusive representation, where opinions, ideas and suggestions of constituents will be listened to, sieved and achievable and workable ones taken for incorporation.
Ukodhiko in the past, has stated in many public fora that, for him to successfully integrate this 'inclusive representation' into our political fibres, he will need the support of all and sundry, especially that of IDU as the parent social cultural body of the Isoko people, as they are expected to play a pivotal role along side other critical stakeholders of our great party, PDP.
To dissuade the mind of would-be doubters from any base thoughs regarding Ukodhiko's sincerity to stay true to his electoral promise of inclusive representation and other sundry promises as contained in his political action plans, it is important we take a brief walk down memory lane to December 2021.
Prior to the emergence of Ukodhiko as the PDP HOR candidate, Isoko Federal Constituency, he has been partnering with IDU as the parent body of the Isoko people, and in December 2021, barely 6months after his appointment as a commissioner, Ukodhiko in his firm belief in inclusiveness, coupled with his desire for a change from the old-normal to a new order, attended the IDU yearly conference, where he spoke enthusiastically about his efforts, prospects, achievements and challenges as commissioner to the admiration and cheers of all the attendees.
He also hosted the Isoko traditional rulers council that same period for the purpose of briefing them about his achievements, efforts and challenges, as a commissioner.
My dear good people of Isoko Federal Constituency, as we draw nigh to the general elections, let's support, campaign and vote for our own son, brother and friend, Pastor (Engr.) Jonathan Ajirioghene Ukodhiko for HOR, Isoko Federal Constituency, for inclusive and effective representation.
