*DISCLAIMER: THERE'S NOBODY CALLED SOPHIA JAMES, THE ACCOUNT IS FAKE USING RAYYA PICTURE AS PROFILE*

Our attention has been drawn to a particular Facebook account being used to defame the highly respected Chairman of the Ndokwa West LGA Hon Dr (Chief) Goddey Obi Nzete.

Ordinarily we would not respond to anyone with such dastardly, and pusillanimous act but for the sake of the general public we wish to categorically state that:

•The original owner of the picture being used in the fake account is one Ray-ya and she has debunked everything Sophia James wrote.

•Sophia James on Facebook is a fake account being used by failed enemies of the Chairman Chief Obi Nzete.

•The fake account being operated and used to defame Nzete and lure the public to hate the ever-willing-work chairman is now under Facebook review for necessary actions.

•Chief Obi-Nzete has no problem with Ndokwa Westerners or his party PDP.

We hereby call on the public to disregard anything written through the fake account (Sophia James) by those desperate to take down the LGA Chairman -a man of grace.

Malaria does not only cause loss of life but also interferes with athleticism, socio-economical activities and general way of life of the people over sustained period.
I have my eyes fixed on permanent solution to the age-long scourge.
If malaria is eradicated in Nigeria, it will open the flood gate of scientific possibility of wiping off malaria fever from Africa. This is because of the demographical nature of Nigeria which is home to four out of every black living human being on the planet earth.
Most health challenges suffered by Africans including death, organ damage and other physical and mental impairments are directly or indirectly traceable to malaria. Some of the health complications and deaths are as a result of anti-malaria drug reactions.
Malaria parasitic disease causes huge economic loss by draining considerable funds that could have been used to support growth and general societal development.

*NED NWOKO'S $68 MILLION PAYMENT DELAY SPARKS CONCERN*

Ned Munir Nwoko, the incumbent Senator representing Delta North Senatorial District, holds a pivotal position in Nigeria’s financial landscape. He played a crucial role in the initiation of the London and Paris Club Loans exit program, which ultimately led to the Nigerian government discontinuing monthly deductions from states’ allocations and commencing the process of refunding states.

_Despite his instrumental contributions, Nwoko has encountered significant challenges in receiving the compensation rightfully owed to him for his services_. The primary obstacle in securing his due payments stems from the Federal government’s initial error in fund transfers, creating a protracted and complex situation.

Concerns have arisen due to the delay in Nwoko’s payment, especially in light of a recent development where the Federal Government has petitioned a Federal High Court in Abuja to invalidate the promissory notes issued to consultants regarding the $418 million Paris Club refund.

Ned Nwoko’s primary concern among the $418 million relates to $68 million, which stems from his work for state governments in securing refunds for over-deductions over the years, under his personal name. All the refunds were received, and this matter does not involve local governments. The 36 states received over $13 billion in refunds. Nwoko was contracted to perform a specific task, completed it, and received a partial payment.

The issue of partial payment and promissory notes arose because the Federal Government failed to follow the initial agreement, where they were supposed to deduct at source,Nwoko’s fee from the refunds and pay him directly. Instead, they paid the fees to the Nigerian Governors’ Forum (NGF).

The refunds were scheduled to be made in multiple tranches, with each tranche intended to include a deduction of Nwoko’s fee by the Federal Government before forwarding the remaining balance to the state governments (represented by NGF). However, in all,the Federal Government deviated from the initial agreement by paying the fees to the NGF without deducting Nwoko’s fee. Atleast the sums of 19b and $86m were paid to Ngf at the time.

In response to this, Nwoko initiated legal action against the NGF, which eventually led to a swift resolution through a consent judgment and terms of settlement. The consent judgment and terms of settlement outlined several points, including the payment of what was available at the time to Nwoko and future payments were to be directly paid by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

During the process of reaching the terms of settlement, Nwoko negotiated his fees down to $68 million through meetings facilitated by the Attorney-General of the Federation .It should be noted that all the 36 governors had signed separate letters to the Minister of Finance, authorizing 5% deductions from their respective states’ impending refunds to cover Nwoko’s fees. Throughout this process, the Federal Government was actively involved and represented by the Attorney-General of the Federation’s office, the Ministry of Justice, and the Ministry of Finance.

However, despite the governors’ authorization for the 5% deduction, the Federal Government did not deduct this amount from the states’ refunds. Instead, they paid the full sums to the states, leaving Nwoko’s fees unpaid.

This situation led to a court mandamus order. The court issued a mandamus order mandating the Federal Government to issue promissory notes, a step taken by the Federal Government without appealing the order. These promissory notes were duly signed by the Minister of Finance on behalf of the Federal Government, and the Director-General of the Debt Management Office witnessed them. This was done with the aim of clearing the debt by making deductions from each state’s monthly allocations for a specified period, given that the Federal Government had already paid the entire refunds amount to the states’ accounts. These promissory notes explicitly expressed the Federal Government’s commitment to honoring its obligations, effectively indicating that they were in support of Nwoko’s claim.

It is crucial to emphasize that the Federal Government’s current attempts to challenge the validity of the promissory notes, years after issuing them, are unreasonable and unjust unless there is evidence of fraud, which no one has alleged against Nwoko. Both the Department of State Services (DSS) and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have done their duties of investigation and intelligence gathering and concluded that Nwoko should be rightfully paid for his services.

The Federal Government’s actions seem to be an attempt to evade their responsibility, likely influenced by state Governors’ action, opposing the deductions from their monthly allocations. Nwoko should not suffer the consequences of the Federal Government’s initial mistakes, especially when the court’s mandamus order went unchallenged by the Federal Government.

Part of the promissory notes explicitly states, “This promissory note is backed by the full faith and credit of the Federal government of Nigeria and charged upon the general assets of Nigeria.” Indeed, this simply implies that the Federal Government’s assets and integrity are at stake.

Even though Governors are opposing deductions from their monthly allocations but have told Federal Government that they can pay from any other source. What happens if Ned nwoko decides to execute the judgements abroad? It will certainly be against the assets of the FGN. In that scenario states will have little or no role to play there. Again, agreeing to accept payments by way of promissory notes is a favor done to the states and federal government because the promissory notes were spread over ten years. Why is federal government looking for trouble?

It is crucial that justice prevails in this matter, as the repercussions extend beyond Nigeria’s borders. These promissory notes are not only irrevocable but also negotiable and transferable, making the credibility of the Federal Government in international financial circles a significant concern. Who will accept a sovereign instrument from a federal government that has no qualms in deceitfully attempting to go back on properly earned and properly executed promissory notes? Equitable estoppel comes to mind.

The resolution is clear; honour and redeem the promissory notes and find ways of reconciling with the states.

*THE BILL FOR AN AGENCY TO ERADICATE MALARIA 🦟 IN NIGERIA*

_When I addressed United Nations on this,_ a gentle man from Italy told me that what I was proposing was what was done in Italy in 1937, so I felt that the best way to deal with this is to *have an agency,* an agency that is charged solely with the responsibility of eradicating malaria 🦟 in Nigeria.

This agency will:
" Deal with the researches into vaccines,
* It'll deal with the recycling plants,
* It'll deal with fumigation anything that has to do with this, will be done under one umbrella, through an agency, and that is what led me into putting together "THE BILL", a bill for an act to establish an agency that'll be charged with the sole responsibility of eradicating malaria 🦟 in Africa.

Watch out as we continues the move to save mankind,..

*THE VICTORY OF SENATOR NED NWOKO AT THE TRIBUNAL, A TESTAMENT OF THE PEOPLE’S WILL ~ Dr. MICHAEL NWOKO*

A former SSA to Delta State Governor on Health Monitoring, Dr. Michael Nwoko has described the victory of Senator Ned Munir Nwoko at the National Assembly Election petition tribunal Sitting in Asaba as a testament of the People’s will.

Dr. Nwoko made the assertion in an interview on Delta television breakfast programme, Morning Ride on 08/09/2023.

Dr. Nwoko applauded the tribunal’s stance on the case which dismissed the labour party and Apc suit against Senator Ned Munir Nwoko, the Independent National Electoral Commission and the People’s Democratic Party for lack of merit adding that it is an affirmation of the overwhelming victory recorded by Senator Prince Ned Munir Nwoko on the 25th of February

He described Senator Ned Nwoko as the people’s choice whose leadership and selfless traits would propel him to stay true to his campaign promises for the overall good of Delta northerners.

The former SSA congratulated the State Governor for his impressive achievements so far in just 100 days in office and encouraged Deltans to be supportive of the MORE agenda of the present administration.

JUST IN: Ned Nwoko takes legal action against Nwaoboshi over "blatant falsehoods"

The senator representing Delta North senatorial district, Senator Ned Munir Nwoko, has taken legal action against Senator Peter Nwaoboshi, raising concerns about defamation, outright lies.

The suit, filed on Monday, in the Federal High Court in Abuja, raised that Nwaoboshi, who received a prison sentence on July 1, 2022, from the appellate court in Lagos State due to a two-count money laundering conviction, is leveling accusations against Senator Ned Nwoko as the instigator of his imprisonment. He claims that Senator Ned Nwoko and the immediate past Attorney General of Nigeria, Abubakar Malami, conspired to put him in prison.
Nwaoboshi, the former Senator for Delta North Senatorial District, spent over a year in a correctional center due to a billion-naira loan deal he insisted he had no involvement in. The crux of the lawsuit centers on Nwaoboshi’s public statements after his release from prison, during which he made derogatory remarks about Senator Ned Nwoko and the judiciary. He implied that Nwoko had bribed judges to secure his imprisonment.

The lawsuit also raised that, Nwaoboshi, in one of his interviews claimed that Ned Nwoko paid the sum of $1.5 million to judges to put him in prison. Such unsubstantiated statements according to the suit, were derogatory not only towards Senator Ned Nwoko but also towards the integrity of the judiciary itself.

In an interview with The Nation newspaper, Nwaoboshi was quoted as saying that during his legal proceedings, they had influenced justices with funds from the Paris Club, offering one of the justices an appointment in the Supreme Court of Nigeria to sway the judgment in their favour.

Nwaoboshi’s accusations could inadvertently create skepticism regarding the trustworthiness of judges, insinuating that they can be easily swayed by external influences. This raises concerns about the broader implications of his statements on the judicial system and the public’s perception of its integrity.
In the suit, Senator Ned Nwoko argued that, Nwaoboshi linking him to his many legal travails is a malicious scheme to inflame passion against him (Ned) in the desperation that doing so will aid his quest to nullify the last senatorial election on 25 February 2023 which heldwhile he (Nwaoboshi) was incarcerated.

Senator Ned Nwoko is seeking, “The sum of N500, 000, 000, 000. 00 (five hundred billion naira) damages for defamation of character.”
“AN ORDER directing the defendant to publish an open apology in at least two (2) newspapers circulating nationwide, to the claimant.”
“AN ORDER of perpetual injunction restraining the defendant either by himself or through his privies further defaming the name, character and person of the claimant through any medium whatsoever or verbally.”
Senator Ned Nwoko is also seeking, “ANY other suitable legal or equitable reliefs as the court may deem necessary.”
Ned Nwoko is also pressing Nwaoboshi to provide specific details. He insists that Nwaoboshi must name the judges involved in the alleged misconduct, particularly the one he vowed to stop from being promoted to the Supreme Court.

IT IS A NATIONAL DISGRACE FOR A COUNTRY THAT PRODUCES CRUDE OIL.
The Senator representing Delta North Senatorial District, Senator Prince Ned Nwoko has said that it is a national disgrace for Nigeria, a country that produces Crude oil for not having working refineries.

“The fact that our refineries are not functional is a national disgrace for a country that produces crude oil.”

Explaining further, Sen Nwoko insisted that other refineries in other countries he had visited has no technological complications.
” I have visited many refineries in various countries and the technology in those sectors are not complicated.”

In Nwoko’s powerful suggestions on what the government should have done to ensure the REFINERIES are working, he said “The fact is that government should have ensured that the companies that built the refineries are given lifelong maintenance agreements.”

Senator Prince Ned Nwoko further implied that with regular maintenance and local refining, we will never have the need to import petrol and the pump prices will be significantly affordable.”

ATIKU MUCKS TINUBU

I woke up this morning wondering how we got to this cul de sac. In 1999, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu claimed he attended St. John's Primary School, Aroloya, Lagos, before proceeding to Children Home School in Ibadan. According to him, his next port of call in his educational journey was Government College Ibadan and, Richard Daley College and Chicago State University in the United States. Curiously, in 2023, Tinubu settled with attending only Chicago State University. I am scratching my head. How is that possible? Methinks that all well-meaning Nigerians should be as confused as I am with Tinubu’s declaration that he had no primary and secondary education, yet he has a university degree. You may wish to how he attained this feat so that we can learn from his ingenuity 😆

*COLONIALISM: NIGERIAN SENATOR SEEKS $5TRN REPARATIONS TO AFRICA*

A member of the Nigerian Senate, Senator Ned Munir Nwoko (PDP, Delta North), has asked former colonialists to pay $5 trillion to African nations as reparations for historical injustices done to Africa.

In a statement he personally signed, Nwoko also demanded for the repatriation of “culturally significant artefacts that were taken from the African continent during the colonial period”.

He said the demand was done not as an act of vengeance, but as a path to healing and restoration even as he stressed the need to establish a comprehensive reparations framework that would assess the damages inflicted by centuries of injustice.

Nwoko enjoined colonial powers and the international community to acknowledge the grave consequences of colonialism, which has impacted negatively on the growth and development of the developed nations, especially Nigeria.

“Furthermore, I beseech former colonial powers to invest in education, healthcare, infrastructure, and economic empowerment within African nations, especially those that have borne the brunt of exploitation,” Nwoko stated.

The lawmaker’s statement titled ‘Demand for Reparations and Neocolonialism Mitigation in African Nations’ harped on the need to urgently address issues of historical injustices and neocolonialism that have left an indelible mark on the African continent.

He recalled that, Africa, particularly Nigeria, bore witness to an unimaginable saga of human suffering and exploitation noting specifically that “the transatlantic slave trade tore families apart and scarred our collective memory, inflicting anguish and despair across generations.

CHIEF KAY ENUENWOSU TASKS LGA GOVERNMENT TO HANDLE SOME INTERNAL REVENUE GENERATING FIRMS TO HOST COMMUNITIES.

According to the Ndokwa Young Chief, if host communities handles some of these firms like markets, and motor parks, the service delivery will be better and the environment which these firms are located can look better.

Chief Kay in a live recorded video raised alarm over the dilapidated state of Abbi Motor Park and Abbi Eke market. Suggestively Young Chief has opined that, if the community youths handles the market and park, they'll still make returns to the LGA based on the agreement reached.
You can not keep coming to our markets and motor parks collect revenue and leave the place as a dump in this jet age..Chief argued.

Chief Kay Enuenwosu insisted that this is the only way our motor parks and markets can be kept clean, renovated and secured.
