Tackling the same problem with the same approach will always give you the same result.
It's a new year,why not do the things that were seemingly difficult for you to do in the past months?
I for one know how hard it is to decide to take a course to up your skill,let alone finish it before actually implementing the things you learnt.
But these things are very important as no one is an island of knowledge. You have to invest in getting knowledge from experts in your field so you can grow too.
Like I said in slide 4, addressing your customer as "sir" or "ma" does not mean you have a good customer relationship.
Are you subtle in your replies?
Do you really care about providing value or you're just all for the profit?
Putting yourself in your customer shoes, would really help you build a good customer relationship.
"If a vendor relates with me like this, would I come back a second time"
Let this be your thought whenever you're chatting with a customer/client and see how that boosts your customer relationship.
