This is how you are unknowingly losing opportunities despite how good you are at what you do

Even if you’re exceptional at what you do, you could still miss out on amazing opportunities if your message isn’t clear.

Let me share a personal story that taught me this lesson.

When I started my real estate career, I was out doing street marketing one day and met a lady. I enthusiastically shared the benefits of real estate investment with her.

As we were talking, I sensed her interest but also noticed she seemed restricted by fear—fear of losing money and uncertainty about who to trust.

Realizing this, I invited her for a property inspection to build trust and provide clarity about the investment. She discussed it with her husband, and to my surprise, they made the full payment on the spot!

That experience taught me three powerful lessons:

Never underestimate anyone—every person you meet is a potential client.

Position your brand with confidence and clarity—it reassures prospects and makes them trust you.

Master your product knowledge—it’s the key to building credibility and closing deals.

These lessons have shaped how I approach every client interaction.

No matter how excellent your service is, without clarity in your pitch, you risk missing out on opportunities that could change your business.

When I quit my job to start my own real estate company, Lahrith Properties, it felt like a risky decision.

Even though I had a clear plan, the feelings of uncertainty lingered.

I prayed a lot because I firmly believe that nothing is impossible with prayer.

Gradually, my family spiced things up for me by purchasing a property, marking the first official sale I made after launching Lahrith Properties. Truly, family is everything!

I didn’t take it easy on myself—I:

📍 Invested in courses,
📍 Paid for mentorship, and
📍 Actively participated in anything that fostered growth.

Over time, other companies began to see my potential and trust me enough to work as their consultant, training their staff in areas like sales, marketing, accounting, financial planning, and others.

As 2024 wraps up, I can’t let the year end without appreciating the companies that believe in my potential.

Ever had life pushed you into a path you never imagined?

That’s exactly how I became a top-performing realtor.

Life has a way of steering us toward unexpected journeys. Real estate was one such path for me—an unplanned venture that transformed my life and empowered me to help others build theirs.

It all began when my husband submitted a job application on my behalf. What started as a simple opportunity quickly evolved into a fulfilling career.

When I started, I had no formal sales experience. But I soon discovered a key truth:

Sales is a game of numbers, and success in real estate is built on relationships.

💦 June 2021: Two weeks into my new role, I secured my first client—a friend who believed in my vision. This pivotal moment showed me that real estate sales weren’t as intimidating as I thought.

💦 The 10-a-Day Goal: I set a target to engage with 10 prospects daily and secure at least one new client. I spoke to everyone—friends, strangers, even motorbike riders who gave me lifts.

💦 Within Two Weeks: I onboard 17 new clients. My efforts were celebrated, and colleagues began recognizing me not by my name but as “Alhaja,” the only staff member in a hijab.

July 2021: I closed 32 new clients, becoming a top performer within just one month.

This success wasn’t just about numbers; it was about:

✅ Sharing knowledge

✅ Understanding clients’ needs
