Boundaries are like "personal fences"—they help protect your time, energy, emotions, and space.
For the Maven Tribe, setting healthy boundaries means knowing when to say "yes", when to say "no", and how to respect others while still taking care of "yourself".
Simple ways to set boundaries:
- "Say no" when you're tired or overwhelmed.
- Don’t feel guilty for needing “me time.”
- Speak up when someone crosses your line.
- Respect others’ space and limits too.
Why boundaries are important:
- They keep your mind and body 'healthy'.
- They help you feel 'in control'.
- They protect your 'peace and joy'.
- They teach others how to treat you.
You are allowed to take a break, pause, or rest.
Setting boundaries is not selfish it’s 'self-care'. 💜
