Forgiveness is an act of kindness to yourself

If you're so busy holding on to a lack of forgiveness towards others, it sucks energy for other more positive things, it literally takes up space and blocks your ability to manifest.

Forgiveness is not about the other person. It's about you and removing that drain on your energy. It is an app that's constantly running in the background that drains your battery

Your vibe attracts your tribe. Holding onto a a lack of forgiveness means you then attract that same energy. Forgiveness is the insurance policy that you don't attract the same thing again.

How do I know if you have forgiven?
There is no longer a charge when you think of them or speak about them. You experience total neutrality. There's no anger no sadness, no regret.

In 2004 I was flown out by to promote their brand for men. It was originally meant to be a male beauty pageant with the winner becoming the brand ambassador for . Because laws in Dubai prohibit a person from winning anything based on physical attributes the production changed from a male modelling compétition to be set in the context of a play instead. I was the lead, Queen Nefertiti searching across the land for a groom for my prized daughter.
My first week in rehearsing with 55 international male models was a great start to my next 6 years living there.

to a time where I used to teach breaking to princess's in Saudi Arabia. Only until very recently did Saudi Arabia open its doors to men and women mingling in the same space. When I lived there, it was still very conservative, males & females that were not related could not drive in a car together or sit in the same section of a restaurant. All restaurants had a family entrance/section & a bachelor entrance/section that were separated often by a make shift wall or divider...i would drive by Hardee's back in the early 2000s and see boys throwing down on the street. I wanted so badly to battle them but I knew religious police (Mutawa'a ) would come down hard on me. Being a female breaking teacher allowed woman and girls an opportunity to learn skills from me. I am convinced I was The Only female b-girl in the entire Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at that time. I had a monopoly on the scene. This allowed so many women that would never had a chance to learn breaking, to get involved. I remember I was teaching a few princesses at the time and even their mothers wanted to learn popping and top rock. They would come to class with stories about how they flexed the Queen Tut (aka. King Tut) at a wedding the night before and impressed all the other women....I have lived many lives that many don't know about....I am blessed Al Hamdu'allah
