It’s freaky Friday and a time to delve in a little bit into the growing trend for demand of equal pay in sports by some women rights activists.
In as much as “equal pay for equal work” might sounds exciting on the fundamental right level but these activists must consider some underlying complexities in the sporting industry and business model as even in contemporary society, people are paid just beyond working together or same industry.

We must come to terms to demand for a better and healthy workplace and welfare rather than the lazy exploitation of the fundamental rights phenomena.

Women cannot earn equal pay with men as long as the sporting industry is concerned unless certain conditions of the sporting business dynamic has changed.

Besides, even in men sports- not all men earn equal pay na why Enyimba player go play 90minutes collect weekly wages of 200k while a Plymouth player go collect pass em for same 90minutes or less self.

To him with knowledge; ask of wisdom!!

People will deny it; but in a long run you will begin to see how they have changed their lives and ways because of same influence they deny!

You know why? INFLUENCE is like a blocked water; at first- it looks as though nothing is happening until it begins to find it’s way in gradually until it burst the blockage wide open.

ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY are one of the most powerful tools in holding the society and people in common truth and justice with a clear sense of reconciliation; forgiveness and punishments but that’s not the case as- we have subtly demonstrated a consistent pattern of weaponization of certain key beliefs around words, phrases and sentences to escape these tools.

No wonder! We are having a rebellious society been raised!

We all did remember when religious & spiritual leaders are held in high esteem and a shining light and symbol to what a people and a society should look like because we tend towards emulating their lifestyles until the whole weaponization of- “touch not my anointed and do my prophet no harm” gave some of these charlatans a leeway which we are seeing it’s great consequences in our very eyes.

Then, came the rise of “sinners condemning sinners for sinning differently” chorus that is now gaining traction and grounds in the minds of the society with individuals and groups using that as a platform to express themselves in grave evil and demonic ways.

The harsh reality is: we would still have a taste of the kind of society we are building either today or when we do not even have strength in us anymore to fixing it up!

You do not ignore my sin; because you are sinning and scared I will use your sinful ways against you.

It doesn’t make any difference as it doesn’t erase the fact that we are both in sin and needs repentance and salvation!

REFLECTIONS ON THE HUMAN MINDS 🥀

When the sun sets!

It brings the heart to a still tenderness
It’s warmth soothing the soul
Then we are left alone with our destiny to stare at

Oh! I remembered….

The poor man feels the rich would do anything to keep enjoying the abundance of riches

The rich man feels the poor would do anything to taste riches

Lost in thoughts;

They watch each other keenly
They create a barricade
They fear each other
They have created a competition
Rather than more community

But hey;

You shouldn’t be worried about the rich man
Your worries shouldn’t be about the poor man

YOU KNOW WHY?

I have seen, heard the rich man do despicable things
I have seen, heard the poor man do despicable things

Your worry should be the HUMAN MIND!!

Not the rich….
Not the poor….

There is always this wishful thinking of people to want you to fail just because you have this confidence in your skill set.

They know you are good at what you do but they are too lazy to admit it so, they find handwork in becoming a witch.

Hmmmm, the rapid changes the world is experiencing is really intriguing 🤨

There were days; men would deny being responsible for the pregnancies while the women hide their heads in shame and fear of the uncertainties that comes with childbirth.

Gradually, we are experiencing women becoming financially independent to afford taking care of their babies and the uncertainties surrounding it that they DO NOT tell the man responsible for the pregnancy or even deny him such privileges of knowledge.

The thing is; human beings are blessed with plethora of knowledge and wisdom to adjust their lives to the realities on ground irrespective of how good or evil the situation is.

So, as a man how would you feel about not knowing you are a father somewhere?
