اَلۡحَمۡدُ لِلّٰهِ رَبِّ الۡعٰلَمِيۡنَۙ‏ ﴿۱﴾ اَلرَّحۡمٰنِ الرَّحِيۡمِۙ‏ ﴿۲﴾ مٰلِكِ يَوۡمِ الدِّيۡنِؕ‏ ﴿۳﴾ اِيَّاكَ نَعۡبُدُ وَاِيَّاكَ نَسۡتَعِيۡنُؕ‏ ﴿۴﴾ اِهۡدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الۡمُسۡتَقِيۡمَۙ‏ ﴿۵﴾ صِرَٰطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ ٱلْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا ٱلضَّآلِّينَ ﴿۶﴾
"All the praises and thanks be to ALLAH (SWT), the Lord of the 'Aalameen (the
world and what is within it). (1) The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
(2) The Only Owner (and the Only Ruling Judge) of the Day of Recompense
(i.e. the Day of Resurrection) (3) YOU (Alone) we worship, and YOU
(Alone) we ask for help (for each and everything). (4) Guide us to the Straight Way. (5)The way of those upon whom YOU have bestowed YOUR Grace , not of those who have evoked [YOUR] anger or of those who went astray (6)"

O ALLAH (SWT), Owner of this perfect call and Owner of this prayer to be performed, bestow upon Muhammad al-waseelah and al-fadeelah and raise him upon a praised platform which You have promised him.

رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي خَطِيئَتِي وَجَهْلِي وَإِسْرَافِي فِي أَمْرِي كُلِّهِ، وَمَا أَنْتَ أَعْلَمُ بِهِ مِنِّي، اَللّٰهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي خَطَايَاىَ وَعَمْدِي وَجَهْلِي وَهَزْلِي، وَكُلُّ ذَلِكَ عِنْدِي، اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي مَا قَدَّمْتُ وَمَا أَخَّرْتُ وَمَا أَسْرَرْتُ وَمَا أَعْلَنْتُ، أَنْتَ الْمُقَدِّمُ، وَأَنْتَ الْمُؤَخِّرُ، وَأَنْتَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
O ALLAH (SWT), forgive my sins, my mistakes, my excessiveness in my affairs, and that which YOU know better than myself. O ALLAH (SWT), grant me forgiveness [of the faults which I committed] in earnest or jestingly, and which I committed inadvertently or deliberately; and indeed, all of these [failings] are in me. O ALLAH (SWT), forgive me for [sins] I committed beforehand as well as those which I have recently committed, and those I have committed in secret as well as those I have committed in public, and those which YOU know better than myself, YOU are Al-Muqaddim (the Expediter) and Al-Muakh-khir (the Delayer), and YOU are able to do all things.
