The village man I love

Chapter Twenty-One

As written by author blessing adewusi stories ✍✍

Obinna’s father suffered an heart episode when his daughter persisted in her questions about what led to them being stereotyped in the village.

Her insistence had aroused Paranoia in her father’s system and when he opened his mouth to utter a word he unfortunately suffered a heart episode.

Obinna took his father that night in his arms as he opened his mouth in shock and life was gradually draining out of him to the neighbouring village hospital. Luckily for Obinna and his sister they were able to get a cab and that made their journey faster.

Obinna was in regret when his father suffered a heart episode he blamed himself for arousing the painful flash of the past which is his father badly wanted to forget but then deep down within he wished he could tell his sister the whole mystery surrounding their genesis of problems but then he couldn't find the confidence to tell her all by himself moreover it was way complicated for him to narrate and his father was the one in best state to say all about the story.

When they arrived at the hospital Obinna’s father was immediately attended to and soon he was stabilized. The following day Obinna made out to sell some bush meats in the neighbouring village so he could settle the remnant of the medical bills and also cater for the prescriptions his father would use after being discharged in the hospital. The doctor had made Obinna aware that his father would be placed on some medications after he was discharged from the hospital to aid his full recovery. There was a dumbstruck reflection on Obinna’s face as the doctor narrated some medical terms related to his father’s predicament. He then realized the intensity of the state his father was in and how deeply affected he was still by the past incidents.

While Obinna headed out to his customers after getting down some bush meats he began to sing to express himself. Song was a way of liberating himself and releasing a heavy burden on his shoulder.

Obinna was singing while on his way to his customers with the sack containing bush meat when Nneka heard of his voice from afar she was holding a dialogue with Oliver when she did.

Immediately Nneka sensed that it was Obinna fast approaching the path she and Oliver was holding a discussion she told Oliver to take a cover in one of the shades close by.

Oliver did as told he was panting when he took the cover . His heart raced so much in anxiety at the thought of getting caught in his games when he was almost at the ultimatum of getting his heart desires.

When Obinna came closer at Nneka’s reach, he pretended he didn’t see her and walked faster than he was doing before so as to avoid Nneka getting in his way or having to exchange words with her.

Nneka seeing how determined Obinna was decided to ignore him she snapped her finger while he walked and assured herself that Obinna would be hers soon whether he liked it or not so their was no need to panic at first Obinna was amazed at the way Nneka let him be when he maintained the posture that he wasn’t ready to talk or interact with her the Nneka he knew was a lady that didn’t give up easily on things so it struck him in awe as he reminsced over her actions and how uneased she looked when he came nearer.

Nevertheless, Obinna decided to put Nneka’s thought far behind him and determined to get some money to aid the health longevity of his father.

Obinna was able to sell all the bush meats he had at the neighbouring village and even had extra cash to hold with him because some of his customers added extras to the rate he sale the bush meat at.

There was a shortage in demand to few of his customers as the sale was higher than usual and he didn’t have any bush meat left. It was a situation of God coming through at the time he needed the help most.

Later after a day passed by , Obinna’s father was discharged from the hospital after some medical prescriptions were written for Obinna to purchase in aid for his father’s full recovery and in support of the treatment he had received from the hospital.

Days go by days nights passed by nights yet Obinna’s and Olivia’s future looked bleak because there was no hope that they could ever reconcile or patch things with each over. The past one month without Olivia being present in his existence made Obinna’s life a loving hĂȘll. He missed Olivia’s soothing wordings and the smile that emitted from her face whenever he sing.
The awful situation was maximized to Oliver’s advantage as he never ceased to depict his full support and a consolation arms to Olivia’s plight.

Olivia had open up to Oliver in rage about what had happened when she couldn’t bear the pressure and the pain that struck her spines whenever the scene flashed across.

Oliver didn’t hesitate to use the opportunity to make Olivia aware that Obinna wasn’t meant for her or up to her standard. He also stated vividly that Obinna didn’t deserve Olivia and the relationship was meant to crash anyways because Olivia being with Obinna was like rubbing her self and identity in the mud.

The final event that broke the camel’s back on that certain day that Obinna had made out to get Olivia to hear his own side of the story even though he knew how difficult that mission could be he was persistent in his motive to get her to listen to him and didn’t care if it meant facing the fiercest furnace of fire he was
ready to face the impossible because he couldn’t bear his peace being interrupted anymore by the bridge between them.

As Obinna was almost at the doorstep of Olivia, Nneka began calling his name from a distance but Obinna couldn’t hear her because he had his sole focus on getting to see Olivia so in his anxiety he shut his mind from listening to anyone or picturing anything that could thwart his interest.

As soon as Olivia came out of her room grudgingly after hearing Obinna calling her name consistently Nneka came forward to hug Obinna in her presence.

“Darling I’m three weeks gone . I just did a test today and the doctor stated that
I am three weeks pregnant I’m expecting your child my love.”

Nneka uttered and Olivia looked in disbelief.

Wondering why Obinna had came to see her in the first place and inflicting a pain on her already wounded heart, Olivia decided to step into the room in preparation of having no more of the shenanigans that came along with their long lost relationship which was bound to remain so forever for it was built on lies.”Olivia resolved”.

But then Olivia wasn’t set to go into her room without having Obinna hear some final words which she hoped could help send him as far as possible from her.

We no see sweety poraro

But we thank God for the gift of life Sha. We move again next year unless you men will come out say whatever you want to say before we renew our rent like what Amaka Ember has said on her recent post.

This year has taught me a lot. God has been faithful to me one way or the other.

Chapter Twenty

As written by author blessing adewusi Author Blessing Adewusi stories ✍✍

“Get out of here.”

Olivia yelled and stood aback with a mean look.

“Miss for the sake of our love I beg you to hear me out please even if you won’t hear me out anymore just grant me an audience today.”

Obinna went on his knees and pleaded.

Olivia’s mother who was perturbed about his actions and the utterances he uttered decided to keep her cool and hear till the very end what had brought about the statement even when her husband wanted to die down the utterances of Obinna she cautioned him not to and made him aware of the basis of why she wanted Obinna to speak on without any hindrances.

Isabella on the other hand was in her bedroom pretending that she was asleep. She had wanted to hold a dialogue with her worried mother before going to bed when she heard the voice of Obinna and immediately she heard his voice, she laid on the bed in a motion that she was asleep .

This she did to avoid any questions that would arose from Obinna’s visit and to sooth her conscience that wouldn’t stop pricking her for being a part of the conspiracy that shattered her sister’s heart.

“I do not want to hear you out Obinna. I certainly do not want to hear anymore lies from you. Please do me a favor by never showing your face here again or my life I’ve had enough of your excesses. Now get out for I do not want to hear a thing.”

Olivia barked at Obinna.

“If you are convinced that what happened was intentional then it’s fine by me. I know the scene you saw was contradictive to whatever innocence I claim to have but then the heavens bear me witness and on accord of the love we shared that I never had eyes for any other woman ever since I met you. It might sound stupĂŹd to you right now but the reality is that I was rĂŁpĂȘd Nneka had me hooked in her trap everything just seems like a set-up because I had only granted her audience while she was languishing in pain only for her to offer me a sedated drink unawares. Think of it Olivia would I ask us to meet in an inn and at the timing we agreed to meet and still have intimacy with another?”

Obinna uttered but Olivia was still livid in anger to reason with his convinctions.

She kept mute and went into her room while Obinna talked on to remove the bracelet he had purchased for her in her wardrobe. Right after Olivia got hold of the bracelet, she went into the parlor and threw it at Obinna’s face.

“Take it that what’s left of us with me right now I do not owe you anymore so get out of here you lying bãstard.”

Olivia cĂŒrsed and went into her bedroom.

“I still can’t get a thing of what’s going on here.”

Olivia’s mother said she turned at her husband who in turn gave her “the I don’t understand as well look.”

“What more do you want here you wretched fellow get out of my house this minute.”

Olivia’s father uttered when Obinna stood still after Olivia had left.

Obinna made to say a word after Olivia’s father uttered his demeaning speech but then he realized his wordings was of no use because they would never approve of him in their household no matter what he stated more so when the ground for acceptance wasn’t leveled yet as Olivia was badly hurt.

He took his leave after gazing at the bracelet on the floor then he left in welling tears.

As soon as Obinna left Olivia’s mother went to her bedroom coupled with her father to get a vivid explanation to what Obinna had uttered because they didn’t ever want to believe that their daughter had stooped so low to dating a man who wasn’t up to her standard in any form.

“Olivia my daughter I know you are going through a hard time right now and I do not intend on adding more to your sorrow but then I would find it pleasing If you give me an explanation as to all the nonsense Obinna uttered. Is it that you had a thing with him or could it be that my eating buds has gone on an exile?”

Olivia’s father queried. His wife stood akimbo aside the room waiting for Olivia to give a response to what her father had said.

“I think I deserve a right to my privacy father and if I do not want to give a response to what you just asked I hope you understand and do not get annoyed with me for that.”

“Oh cut that crap we would intrude if your privacy affects us. Whatever just happened in the parlor wasn’t supposed to have ever happened if you had listened to me in the first place to keep your distance from Obinna and I do not want to believe from the conversation that I have garnered between you and him that you had something to do with him. Tell me Olivia did you stoop so low to dating or sleeping with that wretched fellow called Obinna?”

“Yes I did date him mama and I do not regret what I feel for him and on no basis will I watch you insĂŒlt me for ever giving love a chance with who my heart pleased and if this makes you happy mama the relationship between me and Obinna has ended this very day. Now do not add more to my misery with your hurtful speech mama please do me a favor by making use of the door.”

Olivia uttered lividly.

“I can’t believe that because of a wretch like Obinna you would tell me your mother to leave your room. That Obinna had better pray he dosen’t come into contact with me for if he does I will surely feed his eyes to the Savage birds.”

Olivia’s mother bellowed and stormed out of the room while her father stood still with a disbelief countenance.

“About to continue from where mama stopped do you want to make me more miserable too father?”

“No, but I sure hope you realize one day that your break-up with Obinna is the best thing that could ever happened to you because whatever you two had shared wasn't meant to be in the first place.”

Olivia’s father stated and left the room .

While Olivia was left battling with her raging heart in the bedroom, Obinna was facing his genesis in his abode as his father would not stop throwing degrading words at him for soughting after Olivia.

Obinna had made his father aware when he questioned him why he had returned late from the neighbouring village that he had went to sort out a difference he had with Olivia. His response got his father annoyed because he had asked him to stay away from her.

“It seems you are hĂȘll bent on history repeating itself.”

Obinna’s father uttered on an impulse.

“And what history is that?”

Obinna’s sister asked from the entrance she had went to take a shower in the bathroom before Obinna returned.

Obinna’s father who didn’t want his daughter to be aware of the origin of their being stereotyped in the village kept his mute when she insisted on getting a response to her question. He had always avoided his daughter’s question whenever she disclosed a rumor she had heard concerning their household surrounding the whole mystery behind their unacceptance in the village.

“Common tell her father be man enough to make your daughter aware of the reason why our family has been stigmatized in the village all this while. Go on and tell her she’s matured enough to know now.”

Obinna uttered and his father looked in awe.

The village man I love

Chapter 19

As written by author blessing adewusi stories ✍✍

When Olivia returned home she dashed into her bedroom with tears laid in her eyelids and despite her mother and father’s persistence, Olivia refused to speak up. Olivia had jolted up from her slumber immediately Oliver halted the car at the doorstep of their home it was as if she had been programmed to react that way immediately the car was halted.

The tears welled up in insurmountable amounts in Olivia’s eyeballs gushing down her face when the horrible scene kept on flashing across repeatedly.

“I’m such a fƍƍl I’m such a big fƍƍl.”

Olivia uttered outloud.

She began dragging her hairs again almost yanking them off with her persistent drag.

Olivia’s door was knocked repeatedly by her family and Oliver but she refused to open it. She had ran into the bedroom like a wild goose on a chase and had not waited to hear a word from anyone before dashing into her room.

Olivia sat down on the bed still when her mother stood at the door and consistently tried to coerce her with words in order for her to open the door.

Olivia’s mother proceeded to singing her praises and appraised her with her lineage lines but she kept on crying and throwing things away in her room. The lineage lines seemed to have no positive effect as it only got her more viĂ”lent and heart wrecked.

Isabella soon began regretting her actions but yet her sense of sensitivity towards her sister’s pain was immediately blinded by her stereotyped convictions about Obinna.

She gazed at Oliver in the eyeball and shouted at him to do something before her sister tear herself up in a rage.
Having no other choice or option, Oliver settled to break the door. He successfully did after banging and banging through the door nuts with a hammer and then he got the door knocked out within few minutes.

After he did that, Olivia’s mother entered into her room coupled with her father, Isabella and Oliver himself.

Oliver didn’t hesitate to console Olivia with his soft utterances and warm hugs and when she kept mute without attempting to say a thing about what had happened or prompted her sudden viƍlent actions, Oliver kept his cool.

He pleaded with Olivia’s parents and Sister not to insist on getting her to speak up but to let her be and wait for the right timing she will get to speak up about what had happened herself.

Later Oliver took his leave and as if Nneka had been keeping a watch on him and targeting the appropriate time to stretch out to him he got her call as soon as he left Olivia’s house.

“Have you removed the chip you implanted on Olivia’s phone?”

Nneka queried on the phone call.

“Yes I already did. Please I need to cut the call I can see someone coming from afar and if my eyes are not deceiving me I’m certain it’s Obinna.”

“Obinna??”

Nneka asked outloud

“Yes now that he’s closer I’m sure it’s him. I need to stop him from getting across to Olivia he might try to persuade her and I don’t want that at all.”

“Why do you want to stop him that would make you look like the word suspicious. You know what put the call on hold and release it once you drive away from the present place you are. Don’t you do anything stĂŒpid Oliver you would regret it.”

Nneka snapped her fingers and Oliver did as told.

Oliver put the call on hold and drove out of sight with speed then he stopped at a spot and began to talk again.

“You happy now Nneka? I’m sure the üdïot is already contemplating on words to say to convince Olivia and if he succeeds I will have you to blame .”

“Nah don’t stress it let him give it a trial I assure you that he’s bound to fail woefully . It’s even best that he shows up at Olivia’s doorstep and look just like a fÔÔl that he has chose to be. By the way what would he say I’m sure that he would be lost for words once Olivia barks at him in rage. If I were you, I would go back to enjoy the drama and sweetly console my poor Olivia who is heartbroken by a guy who isn’t worth her.”

Nneka said sarcastically.
“DĂŁmn you so bad . Babe you are the word tĂȘrriblĂȘ.”

Oliver exclaimed and bursted into laughter.

“Don’t applaud me too much Honey pie by the way I hope you haven’t forgotten what we discussed earlier?”

“What could that be? Refresh my memory please.”

Oliver asked amusingly.

“Don’t be such a dĂŒmb ĂŁss honey pie presently I’m counting seconds and every minutes that passes by like my life counts on it. I’m so curious to know the outcome of my intimacy with Obinna and if it doesn’t work out I can only rely on the plan b.”

“Just pulling your legs I knew what you were trying to pass across and yes I’m willing to do everything in my capacity to ensure that Olivia and Obinna remains apart even if it means I will have to bear my seedling growing outside my abode under the roof of a stranger I’m willing to do that and even more so don’t hesitate to call me once you need me to chip in on that.”

“You are a darling a one night stand with you wouldn’t be bad though anyways I will be absolutely grateful and keep on being a good girl provided you come to my rescue whenever I need you.”

Nneka said in a seductive tone.

“Don’t tempt me yet wait till the right timing you might not need my services eventually.”

Oliver uttered and smiled.

The two laughed mischievously for some minutes and after which the call was cut.

Obinna on the other hand was as clueless as a juvenile when he entered into Olivia’s abode. There was a mixed feeling of anxiety coupled with fear and confidence to speak with Olivia against all odds. His confidence was however threatened especially with the comptemptous gaze from Olivia’s mother whose eyeballs had swollen and sunken in fear due to what had happened to Olivia.

Obinna had first met the face of Olivia’s mother when he entered into the parlor and as he meant to say a word he began stuttering instead.

Immediately Olivia’s mother had sighted Obinna her strong convinctions about him came alive most especially in that foggy moment and as her convinctions for him came alive she soon began perceiving an aura of ill-luck around her.

Olivia’s mother swiftly stood up from her seat and landed a dirty slap on Obinna’s face while gnashing her teeth in rãge.

She had an uncontrollable anger welling up in her at the sight of Obinna and was made to set him ablaze with the rĂŁge in her.

“You are behind Olivia’s tears aren’t you? You this ill-luck and wre, tched fellow how far can you go just to rĂŒin her smile? UsĂȘlĂȘss and deserted being.”

Olivia’s mother cĂŒrsed and as if to get a strong response to her convictions Olivia came out of her room looking at Obinna scornfully and screaming at him at the top of her voice.

The village man I love

Chapter 18

As written by Author Blessing Adewusi stories ✍✍

Oliver wore a feigned look of ignorance when Olivia returned to the birthday party with tears.

“Take me out of here at once.”

Olivia yelled impulsively. She dragged her hairs in pain almost yanking it off.

“What has happened to you sis why are you like this?”

Isabella queried her sister with a wry look on her face and Olivia began sobbing again.

Oliver had to take her out of the hall because some of the people who had come to celebrate with him were already getting distracted and worried about Olivia’s sudden tears and countenance.

“Guys I’m sorry but I need to sort something out with my babe. Meanwhile let the party go on with the groove we are rounding up as soon as it’s 8:30pm.”

Oliver checked his wristwatch while he spoke. As at that moment it was already 7:55pm which means it wouldn’t take long for most of the guests to leave the hall.

“Common Olivia open up to me. What happened to you?”

Oliver asked after sitting Olivia down outside.

“Everything has happened to me everything has crashed right in my face.”

Olivia began crying in the midst of the warm hug. Oliver took his time to pet her and wipe away her tears although Olivia refused to speak up despite how he persuaded her to he wasn’t in the oblivion because he knew what had happened as he had masterminded the plan.

Immediately Olivia wasn’t looking, Oliver detached the chip he had been using to get a wind of Olivia’s conversations he was sure to leave no traces that would ever make Olivia suspect a thing.

“I intend on separating them for a lifetime.”

The statement Oliver had made to Nneka flashed through his mind as he stroked Olivia’s hairs.

When the party was over and all the invitees began going home, Oliver made in motion to take Olivia and her sister home . His siblings had already sorted their transportation means back home so he didn't have a hurdle going straight to Olivia’s abode neither did he have fear of delaying anyone.

While Oliver drove Olivia began dozing off she was practically exhausted after shedding a lot of tears her eyeballs were swollen and sunken and they looked as red as a crimson.

Isabella winked at Oliver while he drove and muttered “bad guy.” Under her breath. She had never imagined that his plan would come into that level of success. Moreover it came as a shock to Isabella when Oliver made her aware of Nneka at the neighbouring village that was dyïng for Obinna’s love and attention since Isabella never approved of Obinna getting close with her sister much less having a relationship with him she agreed with Oliver to do her very best to separate them after he revealed what he had seen at the hospital.

Oliver had gotten to know of Nneka the day Obinna paid Olivia a visit last in the hospital that day he had followed Obinna with the hope of getting in his way in annoyance until he caught sight of Nneka and then he began to nurse a sinister plan inwards after watching the drama that unfolded between Nneka and Obinna from afar.

Oliver had garnered from the countenance on Obinna’s face that day and the utterances exchanged that Nneka was the one insistent on Obinna and not him so he decided to use Nneka for his sinister motive while gratifying hers.

Nneka didn’t hesitate to bring more ideas that would help out with the plans particularly with the fact that she had always wanted to prove to Obinna that she was the only one meant for him as for Isabella she was an abettor in the evïl deed because she did her part as well in ensuring everything anticipated fall in line down to the details .

Obinna and Olivia had only fallen into the web of conspiracy by the perpetrators unawares.

When Obinna woke up after the sedative had weared off his system. He cleaned his face with his palm and gazed at no where in particular there was a deep sense of shock in Obinna’s bowel as he struggled to look at the face of the image beside him.

It struck Obinna terribly when he on his phone torch and realized that it was Nneka.

“It can’t be. What in hĂȘll’s name have I done?”

Obinna shook his head as he checked the bed and realized that his innocence had been defied by the very woman he had utterly rejected countless times. His seedlings were sprouted vividly for him to see on the bed and a little of it was visible to the eyes at the petal wall of Nneka depicting it clearly that intimacy had taken place.

“Nneka what have you done to me?”

Obinna began crying when he remembered that he had only granted Nneka audience when he saw her dwelling in anguish while passing by .

His decisions dawned on him in a form of regret and he wished that time was on his side to take back his actions.

Nneka was passing by the path of the inn with a palm wine gourd in her hands and a cup she looked and composed exactly like someone heavily drowned in drunkiness. Nneka had only taken a little of the palm wine yet she walked like one who had smitten herself to stupor with alcohol.

Obinna who had seen her as at time was surprised and came closer to her when she began weeping as soon as she saw him. That very act was the mistake Obinna had made because that was exactly what Nneka needed to execute her plan

Oh yes!! His pity.

Nneka successfully convinced Obinna to get into the inn with her so they could engage in a dialogue at first Obinna didn’t agree because he didn’t want any troubles with Olivia but then he had to agree since Nneka was acting much like a nuisance and unwilling to let him go .

He thought that he would he able to tell Nneka off in a sooner effect and still be able to stay away from trouble.

Unfortunately an innocent intention of a dialogue ended up in his own fall as it was all a web of deception.

In an act of kindness to share in Nneka’s pain and assure her that the right man would come her way, Obinna was coerced to take a drink and since he didn’t suspect anything he drank a cup of the palm wine without knowing that sedative had been added to it.

Nneka tricked Obinna into taking a drink without drinking more than she had already did and as soon as Obinna had fell asleep she set in motion to unleash her nÄsty desires. The desires she had been waiting so long to come into manifestation.

“Obinna my love why are you shouting at me like that after we just made a sweet love?”

Nneka queried Obinna who gazed at her in a scornful manner.

“You must be stĂŒpid and ĂŹnsĂŁne for uttering such outrageous statement.”

Obinna shoved her aside when she clinged unto him while speaking there was nothing left of his gentleman attributes and his heart was panging in rage .

“Olivia.”

Obinna said outloud to himself immediately it dawned on him that she must have come to look for him and probably have seen him with Nneka in the outrageous manner he had seen after the sedative weared off.
“What have you done Nneka?”

Obinna yelled and shook his head while he dressed up.

His mean words didn’t move Nneka a bit neither did she care about his mean reactions. For her she had gotten what she wanted and would still get more.

Obinna sped off to his abode after leaving the inn and he regretted bitterly ever giving Nneka an audience.

The village man I love

Chapter 17

As written by author blessing adewusi stories ✍✍

Three days later after which Olivia had been discharged and was perfectly fit and fine Oliver was seen in a shopping mall excited as he went on a shopping spree for his birthday occuring the following day.

Oliver had made it known that he would celebrate the birthday in an elaborate way and he would be elated if Olivia and her sister were present. Of cos there was more to the birthday for Oliver because he had a big plan he was ready to unfold. Oliver looked forward to hearing the heavy beats of the drums he had organized and the drama that would take place the following day. He had set his agenda in motion and all his plans had been going perfectly well the birthday ground was just an aid to the final ex*****on of his sinister plan. Oliver was looking forward to killing two birds with just a stone and he had the full support of the right forces he needed.

He had a grimace expressed on his face as he placed a phone call immediately he returned home from the shopping mall. There was a sudden uproar of laughter when the person he had called responded to his utterances.

“ All plans set in motive be sure that they will surely be hooked by the bait right in their throats. At the sound of a bang let the party began.”

The respondee to the call said and Oliver began laughing terribly immediately he ended the call. Soon his eyeballs were embedded in tears of sheer joy of the mischievous activity he anticipated.

“I’m sure going to crush you without mercy Obinna and when I’m done there will be nothing left of the love you claim you feel for Olivia because I will ensure I shatter and wreck it till the end.”

Oliver muttered and began laughing hysterically again.

🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝

The following day Olivia dressed up in the afternoon at 4pm with her sister in a grand style suitable for a birthday party.

Isabella wore a light make up while Olivia put on none. For Olivia the only reason she had for attending the birthday was for the purpose of seeing Obinna she had missed and desired him alot. Olivia had mapped out the plan of how she and Obinna would see while the party was going on a day earlier.

In the neighbouring village there were lots of inns almost like a suitable hotel were two lovers could meet and since Oliver had made it known to her earlier that he would like the birthday party to hold in a hall in the neighbouring village Olivia had mapped it out in her mind a place to have a wholesome moment with Obinna while the party was going on.

When they arrived at the party ground, Oliver went close to Olivia and ensured he made her comfortable at the party than usual.

There were lots of happy faces in the birthday party ground because Oliver had taken his time to invite most of his friends and ensure that they were present.

Oliver introduced Olivia to his elder brother and younger sister and they were pleased to meet her and as soon as the birthday cake was cut and the ground for dancing and merrying was set, Olivia began to stare hard at her phone waiting desperately for a signal from Obinna that he was present at the inn.

When Olivia had patiently waited and didn’t get a response from Obinna, Olivia went ahead to tell her sister that she needed to get a pad from a shop nearby because her me**es had suddenly showed up it was a surprise to Olivia when her sister gave her a laughter for a response.

“Sis if it’s Obinna you want to see you don’t need a silly excuse for by now I’m certain that he’s already waiting at the inn. Well , I caught sight of him when I went out to get the cold drinks the other time common don’t keep your lover waiting.”

Isabella uttered to Olivia’s amazement.

“But wait Isabella how did you know that I had organized for me and Obinna to meet there?”

Olivia asked utterly amazed.

“A little bird whispered it to me. “

Isabella chuckled and Olivia gave her a wry look which made Isabella speak up.

“Jokes apart I overheard your conversation with him over the phone. You know you should be careful next time . if it were mom that overheard you it wouldn’t have been funny. Anyways go ahead and have fun we only live once and not twice.”

“Okay keep this a secret I owe you one.”

“ Sure I already am.”

Isabella responded and smiled .

Olivia went off without thinking it hard over her sister sudden composure towards her and Obinna.

The blissful feeling of getting to see Obinna and having to enjoy some time with him had overwhelmed her sense of reasoning. So much that it didn’t dawn on her that she was walking into a trap.

“Enjoy the loud moãning sis. I will be here to comfort you when the time comes.”

Isabella said to herself immediately Olivia was out of sight.

While Olivia walked in the path of the inn where she and Obinna had arranged to meet she sang melodiously with her face beading up with elated smiles.

There was an increased flow of Adrenaline in Olivia’s blood vessels as she was almost at the inn . Like a teenager falling in love for the first time

Olivia dashed into the passageway of the inn and looked in bewilderment at the scenario unfolding before her very own eyes at the entrance of a room.

She shook her head and ran out of the inn with a burning rĂŁge almost enough to consume a roof.

Olivia had caught sight of Obinna making love in the inn with a strange woman she had not bothered to look at the face and the part that annoyed her the most was the way the woman bounced on him while putting her sacred twins in his mouth and moĂŁning so loudly in pleasure.

As the scene flashed on Olivia’s head while she walked there was nothing but an outburst of tears in her eyeballs gushing down her face. Olivia wished she could turn back to confront Obinna about what she had seen but then her fragile heart couldn’t bear revisiting the scene.

A call came in on Oliver’s phone as at that moment and there was a pernicious look on his face as the caller talked.

“I told you that there would be no need for plan b the two were sure to take the bait. Now get ready to comfort your Olivia while I sort out the masterplan.”

Nneka said from the end of the phone.

Immediately the call was cut after which Oliver sighted Olivia, Nneka returned into the inn and undressed a sedated Obinna till he was stark naked then she began unleashing her lustful desires on him.

“You are mine alone.”

Nneka said as she rode on Obinna to a blissful pathway.
