Why do producers have producer Tags ?
The little knowledge I have!
Tags were Originally Created to stop people from stealing beats.
Since Producers don't have their Voice on songs, it's almost impossible to find out where the song originated from.

REMA's TRUE STORY.
Rema lost his Dad and elder brother in a short period and had to take the responsibility of taking care of his mother. At 11 Rema discovered his passion for making music and joined 3 different gospel music groups in the church.
Rema was motivated when he performed at his church's headquarters in Lagos and adopted the name βREMA." His Pastor saw his talent and prophesied that β βhe will be so great and the world will sing his song.'
Rema formed a live band in secondary school and his mom supported his music career but could not afford to sponsor his career nor further his education to tertiary level. Rema never gave up, he met Alpha P and formed a duo, βRnA, with him. Rema and Alpha P released their first Music Video βMercyβ and were interviewed on channels Tv Nigeria. Together Rema and Alpha P were progressing but needed money to fuel their dreams.
Rema left Nigeria for Cotonou in 2016 and later took a bus to Ghana leaving everything behind. As his hustle became even tougher Rema kept his music dream alive. While he was still in Ghana, Rema secured a job at the beach where he saved up enough money and returned to Nigeria.
At 17 Rema got his Mother an SUV for her support over the years from the money he had saved.
Rema started remixing popular Afrobeats songs and finally got the Attention of D-Prinz. D -Prinz owns one of the biggest recording labels in Nigeria. Rema did a freestyle to his song βGucci Gangβ and uploaded the video to his Instagram handle. He was invited to meet with D-Prinz after the freestyle went viral.
Rema was introduced to Don Jazzy β the CEO of the MAVIN dynasty. The Mavin team mentored Rema and he released βDumebi" within months. The song went straight to Apple Music #1. American singer Becky G also did a remix of the song. Rema released 3 E.P. within 11 months of his official unveiling as a member of the Mavin family.
His hit song βIron Manβ made it to Barack Obama's summer playlist in 2019, and Rema also won the βNext Rated" awards at the Headies Awards. He also bagged the viewer's choice awards at the headies.
In 2020 Rema revealed that he aspires to get into the Indian zone with Afrobeats.
And 3 years later he did it.
With his sold-out concert in Mumbai India Rema pulled out over 30,000 Indian residents in 3 days and he became the first Afrobeats artist to do so.
Rema has achieved greater height at 23 the song βCalm Downβ is the best-selling Afrobeats song with over 20 million in sales. Crowning himself as the prince of Afrobeats

I don't know why An up and coming Artist will want to believe that he will just come out and put his song out there for free and start making millions of money for free without sacrifice, these kind of people should stop believing that, music is business, Garbage in garbage out, you don't reap what you don't sow.
