β’ REBRANDED β- Here is to a new journey π§‘
How Is It Running A Business ? : Firstly, running a brand / or any other business is extremely HARD.
What people don't talk about is the anxiety, and the stress that comes with every task. Most of the time , you're mentally drained and if you're not careful , you can easily become depressed. People will compare you to others, people will talk about you. And one thing you should know is as soon as you establish a business , people won't treat you like a person anymore. They'll treat you like a " SERVICE " !!
Everyone wants a discount, everyone needs a reply in 5 minutes, and if not, you're such a bad guy or a bad service provider. You have to worry about who called, who messaged and who emailed. And you have to get back to all these people, if you even forget to get back to one, hell comes to earth. Yes , as business owners we disappoint clients. We can't satisfy everyone unfortunately. After The Facade, it has become clear that running a successful business will put extreme strain on one's personal life and relationships. Whether it's with friends or family. Both sides will get affected , and mixed up somewhere somehow.
Being a part of a startup, one person may have to take up the role of being the Director, the administrator, the finance manager, the marketer, and the cleaner. Whilst being a parent, spouse, family supporter or provider and friend. There's a lot of reasons small starts ups's can't be afloat in 5-10 years. If they're successful, then they have failed multiple times, and when we say multiple times, it's really MULTIPLE TIMES !! Or they are extremely overwhelmed, and not enjoying the journey like they imagined. It really does take a toll.
To all clients out there, business owners are normal people. Please be kind , be a bit more patient, and for changes, help every small business owner by telling them how you truly feel about a certain product / service. And to all business owners, be kind too, try to be more organized, work on getting better everyday and take criticism as word to improve. But, LET'S STICK AROUND.
