Diversity is not about how we differ. Diversity is about embracing one another’s uniqueness.

When we listen and celebrate what is both common and different, we become a wiser, more inclusive and a better society.

This darling here has been with me since I took the role as a Life Planner in 2016 and has been a great follower ever since. We share so much in common even though we are of different religion, culture and beliefs.

Eventhough my agency consists of mostly my own kind, we have never had differences with a member of a different race. We share food from the same plate, we respect each other’s religious timing and places that we dine. We accomodate to each other’s needs and way of life. We have never had issues in running the business. Its all about understanding and being a good follower. So there is no reason why an agency cannot operate with multicultured agents. Its all about the mindset.

We had our Iftar together today and it was surely a blessed one. I fasted the whole day in respect of this love here so that we could embrace the joy of Ramadhan together.

It was our Reen Group Family Getaway cm Q2 Business Strategy Planning over the weekend at Villa Sajuri Pantai Remis. A beautifully managed villa for our stay with my energetic team.

We had so much fun from the minute we gathered. So much of activities filled with excitement overload. A white themed dinner by the beach and a nitely games at the garden under the bright shining moon was surely a happy weekend for us.

Celebrated our Q1 RG Awardees, our teammates pledged and set their Q2 goals, the energy was super high.

All in all, a beautiful and a fun filled weekend together with my awesome and beautiful team.
