Hard Rock Hotel Penang is set to host Jom Sorak, a two-day Malaysian music festival on 3-4 August 2024. The event will take place from 12.30 pm to 10.00 pm at the Hard Rock Cafe and Sand Stage within the hotel.

The festival features local artists and bands, including Zahid AF and Mimi Fly, volunteers from the Red Ribbon Celebrity Supporters (RRCS). Other performers include The Penneo, Key Project, Sunset Boulevard, After Midnight, Bunga Raya, After Dark, Minus Band, Nash & Co, Acidic Bunch, The Brothers, Mael & The Clan, Niskala, Saikorama, Wild Marigold, The Wonders, Mfellaz, Somebody Who, and Treszies.

Michael Smeeton, General Manager of Hard Rock Hotel Penang, said the event aims to give back to the community. A portion of ticket sales will benefit the Malaysian AIDS Foundation (MAF).
