Honestly? Figuring this out was such a huge boost to my mental health.

Now this doesn't mean that your mental health is your burden to carry alone. Figuring out how to ask for help can be a huge and important step to recovery (and something I still struggle with a lot). But your mental health is your responsibility.

Unfortunately, people can't always be there to save you, so we need to figure out how to save ourselves.

This is... somewhat related to the upcoming podcast episode?
