1. Klik "Pendaftaran Pengguna“untuk ke Halaman
Pendaftaran
2. Isi semua maklumat diperlukan dan klik 'Hantar"
3. Pendaftaran berjaya dan login semula ke SPA9 dengan Klik "Log Masuk"
4. Sekiranya belum pernah mengisi SPA8i sebelum ini, sila isikan semua maklumat peribadi, maklumat kelayakan akademik, serta maklumat lain yang berkaitan dan klik "Seterusnya"
5. Tiba di bahagian Jawatan Dipohon, klik pada pilihan "Jawatan Yang Layak Dimohon" dan klik "+tambah"
6. Setelah itu pastikan klik pada "Pengakuan Pemohon" dan klik petak SETUJU. Setelah berpuas hati dengan maklumat yang diisi, klik "HANTAR"
7. Untuk semak status permohonan klik "Permohonan Yang Telah Didaftarkan"
