RESKILLS AND GLOBAL IMPRESS INK COLLABORATION TO EXPAND ONLINE LEARNING CONTENT DEVELOPMENT AND PROMOTION FOR LEARNERS IN BAHASA MALAYSIA

5 JAN 2023, PETALING JAYA - ReSkills Edtech Sdn. Bhd. and Global Impress Sdn. Bhd. inked a memorandum of agreement (MoA) to collaborate on cross promotion and development of online learning through both its platforms, today. The collaboration will see both parties working on expanding and promoting Online learning content on the their platforms (Kontent.my and Reskills), in particular expanding the learning content in Bahasa Malaysia.

Despite returning to face-to-face education post pandemic, the lifestyle of online learning has remained an important medium to deliver instructional content on a mass scale, in particular for working professionals with limited time to attend weekday training slots, as well as students that require supplementary knowledge and skills.

Therefore, this collaboration hopes to increase the volume of learning content in Bahasa Malaysia to benefit more adult learners, especially content that dives deep into the subject matter at hand. This allows for more effective and flexible learning, especially for those who require knowledge to suppliment their professional careers. The content curated also aims to generate more interest in high skilled careers and allow experts to share their own insights and advice in spurring high impact career development and professional growth.

ReSkills is a unique online learning platform, offering live short-courses every night, conducted by hundreds of training professionals at a very affordable price of only USD1 (RM4.40) per month. Close to 1 million global users have benefited from thousands of online sessions in subjects that cover professional growth, entrepreneurship and career development, which is also available on-demand on the ReSkills Platform.

Global Impress, has been developing learning content in multiple subject areas such as learning technology, the arts, and video production through its newly launched channel Kontent.my - a portal that produces content mainly in Bahasa Malaysia, which plans to expand its portal to cover broader subjects of engineering, current issues, music and others.

Kontent.my bertemu Dr. Shahrulmizan Ismail (Dr. Mizan), seorang pensyarah undang-undang yang mempraktikkan cara baru dalam kaedah pengajarannya. Beliau kini adalah Pengarah di Universiti Malaya Centre for Continuing Education - UMCCed dan hasil pertemuan kami kini membuahkan hasil dengan rancangan Impromptu with Dr. Mizan!

Sama ada kelas fizikal atau virtual, pelbagai teknologi pendidikan kini boleh digunakan untuk memastikan ilmu dapat diserap dengan lebih baik, dan pengajar dapat mencapai lebih ramai pelajar untuk memanfaatkan lebih ramai insan.
