Nevertheless, I am convinced that almost everyone can cook delicious, healthy food if they decide that they need it. Sometimes it amazes me how many people who complain about not having time to cook seem to have plenty of time to devote to exercise. The amount of time they spend getting to the place where they train, exercising, showering and getting dressed again, and then returning home or to work far exceeds the amount of time and effort they are willing to spend preparing their meals. . EXERCISE IS NOT THE KEY TO MAINTAINING A HEALTHY WEIGHT. WHAT YOU EAT IS MUCH MORE IMPORTANT. If these people would just devote part of the time they spend on training to working in the kitchen, I'm sure they would see much more impressive results. (Don't get me wrong: exercise is important for many reasons besides regulating body weight. You need to be physically active. But you also need to eat a healthy diet.)
